Burnout to Blossom: A Compassionate Space to Pause & Restore - The Power Of The Pause

This is a recurring, monthly gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating the weight of stress, overwhelm, or burnout. In this monthly gathering, we pause together—sharing mindfulness, insight, and kind awareness to help us recognise and soften the patterns that lead to exhaustion in our fast-paced world. Each session includes a short teaching or reflection on how to care for ourselves through burnout, followed by a grounding meditation. In this session we will look at the power of the pause to calm and reset the nervous system even when we are so busy that we feel we have no time. There is always space to simply arrive as you are, to listen, to rest, and to connect with others on a similar path. You are warmly welcome to drop in anytime and stay for as long as you like. May this be a moment of breath and belonging in the midst of it all.
