Guided Meditation + Silent Sitting (Free Weekly Practice)

Each week, I host a free drop-in meditation practice.
You are welcome to join at any point — even if the session is already in silence.
We begin with a short guided meditation introducing a different aspect of consciousness, followed by a 40-minute period of silent sitting. At the end, there is time for sharing, questions, and reflection on the practice.
The emphasis is on slowing down, simplifying experience, and staying close to what is directly felt — allowing insight to emerge naturally rather than through effort.
This is open to anyone. No prior experience required.
