Join me for a 45min gentle yet energising yoga flow designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and centred. We’ll begin with Pranayama (breathwork) to calm the mind and nourish the body, creating a sense of stillness before moving into a well-rounded asana practice. This flow will be both soothing and effective, helping you release tension, increase flexibility, and create space—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Throughout the class, we’ll cultivate self-love, gratitude, and acceptance, using the breath as a powerful tool to release, restore, and heal. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this practice offers a nurturing and accessible way to move, breathe, and reset, leaving you feeling balanced and energised for the day ahead.
