Where there are the same amount of light and the same amount of darkness in a 24 hour period. It marks the beginning of a new zodiac cycle - a cosmic reset. A fresh spark of life. In the Southern Hemisphere, it is an Autumn Equinox. In the Northern Hemisphere, it is a Spring Equinox. This is a powerful ground for meditation.
