Initiated by Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee, we keep the spirit of Take A Pause intentionally simple: gathering online at the end of each week, paying attention together, sharing a short reading, and reflecting on a key teaching to carry into the days ahead.We are a community not because of structure or formality, but because we show up—for ourselves and for one another—and become quiet accountability partners on this path of mindful living.
