And so bringing your attention to the doorway of the ear.

And noticing when words arise,

Sounds arise,

And vanish.

As you listen,

Relax and open.

As you listen,

Relax and open.

Relax into hearing.

As sounds appear and disappear,

Let yourself sense or feel anything you can.

Your mind is not limited to the size of your head.

Feel,

Imagine,

And sense that your mind is like the sky.

The sky.

Open and spacious.

Gravel.

No inside,

No outside.

Just open awareness,

Vast like the sky.

Relax into vastness,

Openness without any borders.

Rest in the sky like nature.

No inside,

No outside.

No inside,

No outside.

Like clouds,

Like bubbles,

Sound arising and passing,

Leaving no trace.

As you rest in the vastness,

Let yourself also notice the play of thoughts.

Just as sound comes and goes,

Words,

Thoughts and pictures appear in the vast space of the mind.

They appear for a time and then disappear,

Leaving no trace.

In its true state,

Mind is naked,

Transparent,

Immaculate,

Vast as the sky.

Like a cloud,

Like bubbles,

Sound arising and passing,

Leaving no trace.

Notice too the sensations of the body.

There's no solid body.

There are areas of pressure,

Hardness,

Warmth and cool.

All float,

Changing slowly in the vast space of the mind.

No inside,

No outside.

No inside.

Like a pulsing movement in the vastness.

Sensations arise and pass away.

Relax into stillness and openness.

You are the vastness.

You are the one who knows.

Sounds come and go.

Words and images appear and disappear.

Like clouds.

Like bubbles.

Nothing solid.

Trust the vastness.

Let go into it.

Rest in it.

Be the knowing.

Let this vastness be filled with a tender-hearted compassion.

For all those beings who forget who they really are and get caught in confusion,

Hatred and grasping.

Compassion for the sorrows.

You are loving awareness,

Timeless,

Open,

Wakeful.

Same.

Same.

No inside,

No outside.

Rest in the vastness.

Spacious awareness.

Without boundaries.

Open.

Open into it.

It is your home.

Open.

The mind is the sky itself,

Vast and transparent,

As you let your eyes open,

Sense the vastness with sights appearing within it.
