The manifestation technique you’ll learn in this meditation is counterintuitive because instead of focusing on what you desire and what you want to create in your life, you become receptive to what the Divine Love Intelligence wants to create in, as and through you. In other words, you surrender your worldly desires and become an active participant in the co-creative process with Spirit. You'll do this by entering into the sacred space of your heart and working with a spirit guide.

Welcome to the Manifest Like a Mystic meditation.

The meditation technique you'll learn in this meditation is counterintuitive because instead of focusing on what you desire and what you want to create in your life,

You become receptive to what the Divine Love Intelligence wants to create in,

As,

And through you.

In other words,

You surrender to your worldly desires and become an active participant in the co-creative process with Spirit.

The way you'll do this is by entering into what's called the Sacred Space of the Heart.

This is also known as the Holy of Holies or the Inside of the Inside in Sacred Scriptures.

And then you'll align with what's called Pratibha in Yoga Wisdom tradition.

Pratibha is the non-emotional intuitive faculty of consciousness.

It's an inner wisdom and knowing beyond emotion and beyond thinking that we all have access to when we enter into the Holy of Holies.

In Yoga tradition,

Pratibha transcends the intellect because it comes from beyond the limited egoic aspect of ourselves.

This wisdom is felt as a quiet steady pull either towards or away from someone or something.

Pratibha is what you'll use to sense,

Feel,

And intuit what the Divine wants to create in,

As,

And through you.

Finally,

You'll be working with a guide who will help you in learning this manifestation process.

So,

If you're ready,

Let's begin.

So just allowing yourself to get settled.

Feeling the surface underneath you and all the different places that the surface meets the different parts of your body.

And just noticing where your breath is.

Noticing where your breath goes as you breathe in and where it goes as you breathe out.

And now becoming aware of the way in which your breath is like a bridge between your outer world and your inner world.

And just allowing yourself with each breath to draw just a bit closer into your inner world and into that place where everything that you've ever known or sensed or felt or imagined or dreamed or experienced is recorded.

And just knowing that we're here to take a journey today to this sacred space of your body.

To meet your manifestation guide or teacher who will help you in learning this manifestation process.

But for now,

Just allowing yourself to return to your breath.

And as you do,

Giving yourself permission to sense or feel or imagine that as you breathe,

You can draw in a deep sense of relaxation into your body.

With each breath,

You can allow yourself to feel that relaxation coming in through the top of your head and just feeling all the muscles around your eyes and jaw letting go of any tension they might be carrying.

And feeling that same relaxation flowing down your neck and down your throat and your shoulders and arms all the way down to your hands.

You may feel this relaxation as a warmth or even a tingling as it reaches the tips of your fingers.

And on your next breath,

Just sense or feel or imagine the same relaxation filling your chest and your lungs and noticing how your heart feels as you allow this relaxation to flow throughout your entire torso.

Feeling this relaxation flowing into your belly and bathing all of your organs of digestion and elimination and reproduction in a soothing bath of relaxing energy.

And sense or feel or imagine the same relaxation flowing down through your hips and thighs and lower legs and flowing all the way down into your feet.

And again,

You may sense this relaxation as a warmth or a tingling as it reaches your toes.

And just continuing to connect your breath with this sense of relaxation.

And allowing yourself to imagine this same relaxation radiating as a star at the base of your skull and just feel it radiating throughout your mind,

Relaxing your brain waves and just noticing that as your mind relaxes,

Your body relaxes even more.

And that as your body relaxes,

Your mind feels even more relaxed.

And just noticing this connection between your mind and your body as you begin to feel so filled with this relaxation that you may sense or imagine or feel that it's actually coming out of the pores of your skin and surrounding you in a cocoon or a cloud of soothing,

Relaxing energy.

And as you feel yourself supported in this way,

Bring your awareness now to the area of your third eye,

Your spiritual center just behind the bridge of your nose.

And sense or feel or imagine that there's a staircase before you and that this staircase leads down to a doorway into your heart and into this place where you'll meet your manifestation guide and where you'll be instructed on using this manifestation technique.

So just allowing yourself now as I count from 10 to 1,

Traveling this staircase knowing that when we reach 1 that you'll be at a door that leads into your heart where you'll make that connection with your manifestation guide who may appear to you in any form that has meaning to you as an animal or a mythic or angelic being or a plant or even just the felt sense of a presence or a light.

So now just allowing yourself to 10,

Find your feet on the staircase and just noticing what the stairs are made of.

They're made of stone or wood or some other material.

And 9,

Feeling your hand on something like a guardrail.

8,

Knowing that you have complete control over this process.

7,

And also knowing that you can go quite deeply now.

6,

As you allow all of your inner senses to open quite widely.

5,

Allowing your inner senses of sight and hearing and smell and sound to open quite widely but especially allowing your 6th sense,

That sense of intuition,

Pratibha,

To open quite widely now.

4,

As you begin to see and focus on a beautiful door in front of you,

A door that leads into your heart and into that place perhaps in nature where everything that you've ever known or sensed or felt or dreamed or experienced is recorded and where you feel comfortable and at peace.

And 3,

Allowing your conscious mind to take a well-deserved rest now as you 2,

Find yourself in front of this door and 1,

Opening this door,

Focusing intently on this place perhaps in nature where you feel comfortable and at peace.

And just allowing yourself now to step out into this place,

Perhaps in nature,

Where you feel comfortable and at peace.

And as you do,

Just taking a deep breath,

Noticing the particular fragrance of this place and letting this smell bring you into even deeper contact with this place.

Just listening for any sound and noticing the quality of light.

Maybe even noticing if there's a gentle breeze across your skin.

But particularly allowing yourself to notice perhaps for the first time in a long time just how much this place is a part of you and how much you're a part of this place.

And just allowing yourself to rest in this connection as you become aware of the presence of a teacher or a guide who's here to help you learn the creation and manifestation process and who has only your highest good as its sole intent.

Just becoming aware of the presence of this guide,

Trusting any impressions that you may be receiving as this guide or teacher may appear to you through any of your senses as a mythic or angelic being or a plant or an animal or even a light or a sound or any other form that has meaning to you.

And now even though it's so calming and relaxing here,

Just allowing your guide,

Your manifestation guide to lead you towards a path.

It's a very inviting path that leads towards another door.

It's a door that leads into the inside of the inside of your heart,

The Holy of Holies.

It's the place where you'll learn the manifestation process.

So I'm going to count now from one to four and as I do,

Just allowing yourself to know that when we reach four,

That you'll have reached the inside of the inside of your heart,

The Holy of Holies.

So just allowing yourself now,

One,

To follow your guide along the path and noticing what this path is made of.

Perhaps it's made of sand or dirt or pebbles or some other material and two,

Seeing another door in front of you and knowing that you'll be remembering this entire experience.

Three,

As you allow your conscious mind to take a rest and as you trust the impressions that you're now receiving,

As your guide opens this door and four,

Finding yourself now inside the inside of your heart where the creation and manifestation process happens.

So just taking a moment to notice how you feel in this space.

Perhaps noticing that it has a much different vibrational quality than the sacred space of your heart.

Feel this new vibrational quality.

Feel the spaciousness.

Feel the expansiveness.

And noticing that there's a presence,

A loving presence and quality to this space.

Now seeing that your manifestation guide is inviting you to sit in a very beautiful chair and this is the chair that you'll be sitting in as you use the manifestation process.

Notice what the chair looks like and what it feels like to sit in.

And notice how you feel as you sit in this very special and holy chair.

It's used only for this process which you're about to learn.

Now as you sit in this very special chair,

Sense or feel the presence and support of your guide who's here with you now to help you to learn this manifestation process and listen closely to these instructions performing this process with intention and attention.

So begin by bringing your tongue to the roof of your mouth and curling it back to a specific spot on the hard palate just before the soft palate.

It may even feel like a little bump on the roof of your mouth.

When you do this,

It's going to open the energy channel between your heart and your third eye which is needed for this process.

Now as you continue to hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Bring your attention to your third eye and bring your inner gaze slightly upward and forward as if you're looking at the top of a mountain in the far distance.

Now with your intention,

Connect your third eye center with your heart center.

If you're unsure how to do this,

Just ask your guide to show you and trust the instructions that you're given.

So now the energy channel between your heart and your third eye is opened and these two energy centers are connected so you can begin the creation and manifestation process now.

So just continuing to hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth and keeping your gaze into your third eye energy center and allow all of your inner senses to open quite widely but especially allowing your sixth sense,

Your intuitive sense,

Pratibha,

To open quite widely as you become receptive to any images or impressions that may begin to appear in front of you almost like pictures or short movies on a screen in front of you.

And just trusting the impressions that you receive knowing that they may come to you in any variety of forms as images or thoughts or even just a feeling,

A knowing.

And having the sense that these images are very special images,

They're not coming from your mind.

In fact,

These images are not yours.

They're coming to you from the field of infinite possibility,

From the underlying pattern of reality.

These images are being drawn to you by your awareness and they're aligned with your unique vibrational qualities.

You might like to think of these images as invitations from reality.

As you watch these images appearing in front of you,

You may find some of them especially interesting or exciting.

And you may choose to bring these images closer into your awareness and give them more attention.

Other images may not be so interesting to you and you may choose to just let them pass.

This is the beginning of the creation and manifestation process.

This is how you become a vessel through which the divine love intelligence creates in you,

As you and through you.

When you see an image that excites you and that you really like,

Allow yourself to focus on it.

And if it's something that you would really like to manifest in your life,

Say yes,

Giving signal to the creator and the creative process that you're ready,

Willing and capable to co-create this and bring it into physical reality.

So I'll give you several minutes now to continue this process in silence.

So begin to bring this manifestation process to a close by bringing this image or images that you want to create into your heart if you have one.

And imagine that you're planting it like a seed where you may simply choose to let all the images fade away.

And before you return back,

Ask your manifestation guide if there's anything else that you need to do to end the manifestation process.

And thanking your guide for their support and noticing now that your guide is leading you out of the holy of holies so that you can return back.

And as you get up from your chair and walk out of this door,

The inside of your heart and back into the sacred space of your heart in whatever way feels appropriate to you,

Just saying goodbye to your guide and thanking them and finding your way back to the door that leads to the staircase out of your heart.

And I'll count from one to ten as you one,

Retrace your steps back through the door to your heart into the staircase.

Two,

Knowing that you can come back here at any time.

Three,

But for now just returning the way that you came back up the staircase.

Four,

Bringing everything that you've just learned about the creation process with you.

Five,

As you come back closer to the surface.

Six,

You may feel the surface underneath your body once again.

Seven,

Perhaps stretching a little bit.

Eight,

As you come back closer to the surface.

Nine,

Whenever you're ready and taking all the time that you need to ten,

Open your eyes and coming back into the room.

So welcome back from this manifestation journey.

I hope you enjoyed it.

In closing,

I just want to encourage you to write down your journey and anything,

Any images that came up for you in your journey.

And know that you might want to do this process,

Listen to this meditation even two or three more times again to really get the process.

The more you do it,

The easier it becomes.

There's a lot of moving parts in this meditation so practice will make it easier.
