Let's take a moment to understand the power of thoughts.
All things in the physical experience first manifest from the subconscious,
Then get impressed upon the conscious.
And our very powerful,
Creative minds outside of conscious understanding the mind.
Speak,
Think,
Feel,
Reason,
And make life decisions large and small based on thought.
Now,
Let's take a moment to accept the science of thought.
Thought is simply a wave.
A wave is energy.
This is how thoughts become things.
Take a pause,
Relax the thinking mind,
And just listen.
Everything that is in the 3D world was once a thought.
Everything in the 3D world took time to manifest.
A building was first a thought,
Then a feeling.
Then the creator of this thought spoke the word to others.
Others began to join in this desire.
Others began to vibrate in unison with this one person's desire.
In time,
These collective desires,
First energies as waves,
Gathered enough momentum to attract the energy of money and those skilled enough to create the building.
Humans forget that what is seen was first unseen.
Everything in the physical experience,
From the chair you're sitting in,
The floor you're lying on,
Or the bed that you rest upon,
Was first non-physical energy.
Sit with this concept,
Allow it to embed itself,
Allow it to seed itself into your subconscious mind.
Feel your body accept this wisdom as if it is the absolute key to all that is.
Because it is.
Thoughts become relationships.
Thoughts become careers.
Thoughts become lifestyle.
Everything begins with a thought.
It is time to go further now.
It is time to become more personal,
More individual.
Consider that all children are in a theta brainwave state up until the age of seven.
Let's go deeper.
This child is you.
This newborn is you.
This innocent,
Divine child of source,
The creator of all that is,
Is born an observer,
A feeler,
An energy receiver.
As the observer,
Imagine you are peering through the window of your childhood home.
Imagine a guide that you trust,
Standing beside you.
Your higher self,
Me,
Or someone you trust is standing beside you.
You are safe.
You are anchored.
Know that you can stop this meditation anytime you desire.
You are in complete control.
You are standing outside the window of your childhood home.
You are emotionally detached.
You are calm.
You are observing.
Your nervous system knows you are in observer mode.
Simply observing.
Noticing.
Curious.
Collecting data.
Seeking to understand first.
You look at your guide and you both gently smile at one another.
Your guide places their right arm across your back.
You feel supported.
You know this is necessary.
And you are calm.
What do you see when you peer inside that window?
Who do you see?
What's happening?
Notice what you notice.
Notice any awarenesses that come to the conscious mind.
Imagine you've placed what you've noticed on a sticky note.
Stick it to a cork board with a golden pin.
I notice this.
Stick it to the cork board.
I notice this person.
Stick it to the cork board.
I notice the energy.
Stick it to the cork board.
I remember feeling.
Stick it to the cork board.
I remember wondering.
Stick it to the cork board.
I remember beginning to believe.
Stick it to the cork board.
That's enough.
Wonderful work,
Dear one.
You've just collected data.
Bless yourself.

And say to yourself,

Thank you for reminding me of information that I may have stored subconsciously,
Neurologically,

And through some ego survival defense mechanism have been reacting to versus understanding,
Observing,
And responding to.
You and your guide take 10 steps back from this window.

And as you step back,
The window that you've been peering through gets smaller and smaller.

The energy of the home is fading.
You are reprogramming the subconscious mind.
You have done all that was necessary.
You have retrieved data.
You are no longer in need of suppressing or repressing.
You are now learning to process and release.
The window continues to fade.
Smaller.
Step back.

Eight.
Any color from this picture frame,
This window,
Has faded to gray and white.
No more energy.
No longer has power over you.
You are taking control.
Look at this window,
So small,
So drained of color,
So drained of power.
Flip it upside down.
Now,
Imagine an immense black hole just beyond the window.
Imagine this black hole is a vacuum.
This vacuum clears negative energy,
Karmic patterns,
Scars from the past,
Known,
Unknown,
Generational blueprints upon your soul,
Known and unknown.
Now,
Give this dark hole permission to drain all negative energy,
False,
Negative,
Subconscious beliefs,
Patterns of thought,
Patterns of thinking,
And reasoning,
Of feeling,
Of thinking,
Of believing,
Of assuming,
Of realizing.
Imagine this dark black hole sucks the energy responsible for overthinking,
Imagination,
And survival thinking into its center.
As you take one giant step back,
The picture frame is sucked into this vortex,
This vacuum,
And say to yourself,
I release.
I release.
I release.
Imagine your intention of release snaps cords to the past like dry sticks one by one.
You become released of the entanglements,
Of your ancestors' thought patterns,
The collective unconscious,
Your childhood.
Imagine one by one the sound of sticks breaking.
And with every pop and with every snap,
You feel your energy rising.
Now,
Turn to your guide and say Namaste.
The light in me honors the light in you.
