Begin by getting very comfortable.

Command your brain to begin relaxing your upper back.

Command your brain to relax the muscles around your mouth.

Ask your brain to please release the tension around your eyes.

Observe how your brain listens to your command.

Bring your awareness into your feet.

Feel your feet.

Observe how you have the ability to take control over your focus at your will.

Observe how through the power of free will you can take this miraculous thing called consciousness and direct it wherever you wish.

Your brain interfaces with the mind.

The brain is a tool utilized by consciousness to help control and to animate the human body.

You are not your body.

You are the awareness of your body.

You are not your body.

You are not your height.

You are not your weight.

You are not any greed.

You are not any achievement.

You are the observer of the achievements,

Of the experiences that perhaps have not yielded your desired results.

Therefore,

You are not your failures.

There is no such thing as failure.

There is only the awareness of experience.

You are not your hair.

You are not your clothes.

You are not your relationships.

You are not your awareness into your heart space.

Feel your heart space.

The idea of you being Zahar,

A pump,

A machine and organ.

The most obvious only agenda it is,

Is to keep oxygenated blood flowing through your veins into your brain.

Feel your heart.

With your heart.

Feel your heart space.

Observe the space between your thoughts.

Between the space.

Between these words.

Sit in the space.

Between these words.

Reduce any and all mental chatter.

And connect and sit with the space between these words.

I tried You Are Enough (5mins) before this one. Then i thought i try this. And i could really feel what she was saying. I love opening my eyes to feeling like a whole new person. Amazing.
