Namaste everybody,

This is Lisa Aramano with the Breakthrough Life Coach and today this podcast is all about becoming the new human,

Human being.

For so long,

So many of us have been human doings.

We are people who have been created and called to this place called planet earth and in our unconsciousness,

In our unawareness,

We have been humans doing.

And it is important to note that all men are born asleep and that is a scientific fact.

Newborn babies are born into this time-space reality unconscious.

In fact,

They are born with brainwave states that are actually sleep states.

Their brainwaves are so slow that newborn babies are actually in dream states.

And as we,

And remember,

You were a newborn.

You got here the same way I got here.

You got here the same way.

Every single human being got here.

You were born asleep and throughout your infancy you were in a dreamwave state and up until about the age of seven,

Some people say eight,

You were in a trance-like state and that is a scientific fact.

And so the question is then,

As we become adolescents and as we chronologically age into adulthood,

We have to question the background information.

We have to question the foundation of our belief systems.

We have to question the nature,

The reality of the ideas and the thought processes that have been conditioned,

Brainwashed,

Programmed into our subconscious minds.

All human beings are the product of what has been downloaded,

Conditioned,

Brainwashed or programmed into their subconscious mind.

I'm not a religion hater by any means,

But religion is something that most of us can relate to.

So if I am born to two Catholic parents and I am 52 years old and every Sunday I go to mass and I go to confession every Saturday and I say my novenas and my rosaries and my Our Fathers and my Hail Marys,

Why do I do that?

Why is a 50 year old adult a Catholic?

Except for,

Perhaps,

In most cases,

In most cases,

We are,

In terms of our religions,

We identify with a particular faith because of our conditioning,

Because of who we were born to,

Because of our parents,

Because of what they believed.

So what our parents believed and what we were exposed to has become part of our,

Excuse me,

One of my namaste bells just rang,

What we have been exposed to and conditioned by becomes the framework by which we relate to and identify as our own.

On the path,

The healing path,

I questioned my faith and I questioned everything,

You know,

Why do I think this and why do I think that?

And it turned out that everything that I thought,

I thought because of conditioning.

I thought that I needed other people's validation because that is what I was taught in childhood.

My mother always sought my father's validation.

My mother,

God bless her,

But she was one way in front of the public and she was another way behind closed doors,

As was my father.

My father was very quick to judge and to criticize and to mock and to reject when one of his children did not agree with him.

And so through consistency,

Repetition and observation,

I learned to believe that I needed other people's validation and hence I ended up in a very dysfunctional marriage seeking after my husband's validation,

My husband,

My first husband's validation and I was unaware that I was this human doing,

Doing what I had been conditioned,

Brainwashed and programmed to do.

I had no clue,

No clue.

And as I began to confront my conditioning and I began to really hone in on this idea of childhood brainwashing and childhood programming and there were days that I was really pissed off because I realized that as much as I thought my life was my own,

It wasn't.

I was part of a hologram,

If you will,

And my family's line was a particular hologram.

They unfolded generation after generation in a particular way and I had been caught up in that hologram and as I moved forward I began to,

Like I said,

There were days I was really angry,

Days I was really sad,

Days I questioned fate,

Days I questioned the existence of God.

Like,

What the hell is this all about?

If we are born asleep and we are in hypnotic brainwave states up until the age of seven and if we do not receive our parents' validation and we don't hit these emotional milestones,

We are wounded and as adults we are still unaware,

We are unaware,

And we are getting married and getting divorced and attracting the same type of narcissistic people as spouses and we attract troubled people into our lives consistently and it just keeps happening over and over and over.

What's the point?

What's the point?

It was that type of train of thought that allowed me to get to a point where I was able to experience,

You know,

Aha moments where I began to finally understand that the mind is subconscious,

Conscious,

But it also has the ability to be highly conscious.

And it was only when I was able to milk metacognition,

And metacognition in a nutshell basically implies that you have tapped into the power that is within your mind to observe your thought processes,

The thought processes that are and have been conditioned.

So when you know you don't feel like someone pays enough attention to your posts on Facebook,

You know,

And you feel abandoned or rejected or minimized because one of your friends liked another one of your friend's posts but she didn't notice your post and you have this emotional reaction,

You may not be aware that that is really a mirror to or of a past old trauma that is stuck inside your body,

In your emotional body that you have downloaded and that has been blueprinted or impressed upon you that you have yet to reconcile and allow to be dissolved.

And we all do that we all repress we all suppress and we all shunt emotions that we have been taught that are not significant.

And for those of us who are not taught how to cope with our emotions because our parents didn't know how to cope with emotions they drank they drugged they abused us they yelled they screamed they were aloof they were indifferent,

Whatever.

It's not our fault that we have these feelings and these emotions downloaded into us that we don't know how to cope with.

And it's not our fault that as adults we are reacting on Facebook and we are behaving in ways in our adult relationships,

You know,

And responding to even the most minimal,

You know,

Experiences with such visceral reactions and we may not be aware that we are below the veil of consciousness as I like to say,

And we are caught in the paradigm.

And we are just doing,

We are a human doing and acting out of our old conditioning,

And that that is not our fault.

And so I think that what many of us who are on the enlightenment path and the spiritual path,

What we're seeking is we're learning,

Or we want to learn how to go from being a human doing to a human being,

To being a human being,

A physical entity that is also ethereal and non physical so we go we are these human beings who are physical as well as non physical.

And we are learning to stay in the moment.

We are learning to open our hearts to the beauty that we are.

And we are learning to open our hearts to the beauty that the world is and what the world has to offer.

We are learning to appreciate how amazing our ability to see is,

How amazing the ability to feel is and how amazing it is to be able to calm the amygdala down and to,

With through our own thought processes and higher cognition,

Be able to calm our limbic brains down,

And to soothe ourselves into a state of peacefulness.

And we are learning to just be in our own space.

And we're learning that the ability to slow down our minds and become less reactive is possible.

And it helps us learn how to be in a moment and to find grace and to find integration with all that is with others and with nature and with the sky and with Mother Earth.

And we are learning to be with our emotions and we are learning not to have to react to our emotions.

And we're learning to navigate our emotions in a healthy way by learning to appreciate where we are in time and space and where we have been as well as where we are going.

And so I believe that those of us who are or who resonate with this type of information,

We are on the path to being humans that are learning how to be human beings,

Human beings in their own skin,

Human beings around people who may not get us and may not like us,

You know,

And may not appreciate us and we're learning how to be okay and non-reactive.

And certainly in my opinion,

One of the greatest tools that have helped me learn to be a human being has been found in identifying what has been wrong in my life.

And by identifying the fact that I was in fact a codependent,

That I was in fact emotionally abused and neglected as a child and that was not coming from a victim mentality,

That was coming from a,

Okay,

There's something wrong inside of me and I need to identify it,

Almost like a doctor would identify a broken bone.

And as I began to identify what I call the holes in the walls,

I began to learn how to fix them.

And so anyone out there who is struggling with feeling like you need validation,

I highly suggest that you consider looking into what it means to have suffered attachment trauma and what it means to be codependent and to be someone who fears being alone because it all goes back to not feeling like you're good enough.

And when you don't feel like you're good enough,

You end up being a human doing,

A human that is willing to do anything to feel accepted by someone or something on the outside and that's just not necessary because you are enough.

You are absolutely enough.

This chapter of my life has been around reprogramming as a healing mechanism. So much you spoke on that I identify with. I have to learn more about the amygdalya calming.

Wow. This one really resonated with me. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Lisa. It all made so much sense. I was also emotionally abused & neglected. Identifying the wounds is such a great idea. Instead of reacting & approval seeking. Love it!😍NamasteπŸ™πŸ½πŸŒΈ
