The unawakened mind assumes that everything that moves or appears quickly across the mental space is true. Emotions are things people react to, often without pausing or thinking first. Carl Jung explains that the mind is more subconscious than conscious, and that until someone makes what is inside the subconscious conscious, they live their life as if their fate has already been set. The ego can be used to understand human blind spots, enabling higher consciousness, increased self-awareness, and a more authentic life full of meaning and purpose, which can be achieved from the plane of the awakened self. Enjoy!
