Welcome.

This meditation is called Peace by Peace,

Because while we cannot control the world outside of us,

Not the news,

Not the actions of others,

We can steward our own energy.

Further,

Peace is not something we find externally,

It is something we cultivate internally.

This meditation includes six energetic practices to reclaim and ultimately redistribute your energy for your greatest alignment.

You will gather your energy back,

Piece by piece,

And allow peace to take its place.

Let's begin by witnessing the quality of your breath.

Maybe you find it shallow and maybe a little quick.

Let's go ahead and ease ourselves breath by breath into 3-6 breathing as our first energetic practice.

We can consciously shift the rhythm of the breath,

And we do this so the body can soften,

The mind can quiet,

And our energy can open.

In 3-6 breathing,

Your exhale is twice as long as your inhale.

This rhythm signals to your body that it's safe to relax,

And it ultimately helps regulate your energy field.

So begin by placing one hand on your lower belly if you'd like,

And just take one easy natural breath in to the belly,

And out.

Now begin this intentional rhythm.

Inhale softly through your nose to a count of 3.

1,

2,

3.

And now exhale gently through your mouth to a count of 6.

1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Again,

Inhale.

1,

2,

3.

Exhale.

1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Keep going on your own now,

At your own gentle pace.

So inhale for 3,

And exhale for 6.

And with each exhale,

Release deeper into the support beneath you.

And then when you get to your next inhale,

Fill yourself softly with breath,

With light.

Breathing tension out.

Breathing peace in.

Allowing this rhythmic breath to be an anchor,

Helping you return home to yourself,

Piece by piece.

And when you feel ready,

Let the breath return to its natural flow,

Carrying this calm with you.

My personal rule of thumb is that 4 of these 3,

6 cycle breaths really completely alter your energy and your mood.

The second energetic practice is called Ground and Release.

Feel each point of contact between your body and the ground.

The back of your head.

Your shoulders.

Legs.

And heels.

And at every point of contact,

Release.

Feel this tension drain out and down into the earth.

Now tune into even smaller points of contact.

The waistband of your pants.

The elastic around your socks.

The neckline of your shirt.

And say softly to yourself,

I release.

Allow yourself to surrender into the support beneath your body.

Feel the ground or the bed holding all of you.

And now the third energetic practice is called Calling Back Your Energy.

So turn your attention inward again.

And picture a golden orb of light within your body.

Notice where this orb appears in your body.

In your head.

In your heart.

In your abdomen.

Or anywhere else.

And now begin to gently call back your energy from anywhere it has been scattered.

Call it back from conversations you had earlier.

From tasks you have yet to do today.

From worries about relationships.

See that golden orb expand in size.

In intensity.

And in power.

As you call back your energy.

Calling it back from disagreements you are having in your own head.

Say softly to yourself,

I release.

I call my energy home.

I fill myself with my own frequency.

And now feel your body begin to fill cell by cell with your own light.

Your own natural source energy.

The fourth energetic practice is called Disconnect from the Collective.

It's simple but powerful.

Consciously disconnect from the collective energy field.

Imagine or intend that you are simply pulling out the cord.

Imagine any tendrils or cords that link you to the collective.

To social media.

To the news.

To global unrest.

Imagine them releasing now.

And you are not abandoning compassion.

You are simply choosing to be sovereign in this moment.

Say softly to yourself,

I disconnect with love.

I reclaim my field.

Sense a clearing around you.

Your energy becoming a pure contained space.

The fifth energetic practice.

Connecting to heaven and earth.

Open to receive.

Feel a stream of golden white light pouring down from the cosmos.

Entering the crown of your head.

Feel another stream of nurturing energy rising up from the earth.

Entering the soles of your feet.

Allow both streams to meet and mingle in your heart center.

See,

Feel or imagine that your entire body is glowing now.

A bridge between heaven and earth pulsing with your soul's sacred light.

Saying softly to yourself,

I am a channel of divine light.

I am filled with my soul's essence.

And now the final sixth energetic practice is called expand and anchor.

Feel this light within you expanding beyond your body.

Let it radiate outward.

Filling the space around you.

Expanding your sense of self.

Not through force,

But through ease.

Through allowance.

Letting yourself grow naturally.

You take up space with peace.

With presence.

With soul light.

Imagine this light growing and expanding to fill the entire room where you are.

Say softly to yourself,

I expand into alignment.

I embody peace,

Piece by piece.

Rest here for a few more breaths.

Fully luminous.

If you'd like to stay in this glow,

Please do.

Anchor this peace into your body.

And notice which of these six energetic practices was most impactful for bringing you into a deeper state of peace.

I encourage you to stay connected to that practice,

And even modify it with your own ingredients.

Whenever you choose to rise again,

Know that you move forward,

Realigned,

Refilled,

And radiant.
