Hello beautiful being and here we are on session three,
Day three.
We're going to talk today about clearing past traumas.
You know by now I'm not going to make you look at them so much but we're going to talk more about the power of a sentence,
The power of your words.
Now before we start I wanted to ask you how you went yesterday or in the previous session on losing your low self-esteem and exploring its origins just slightly.
How did you feel and are you interacting in the classroom?
Because everything that you interact with will help someone else.
I don't want to put pressure on you.
If you don't want to go in the classroom don't go.
It's just amazing how much you learn from somebody else's writings and how much how much it gives you permission almost to understand more about how you feel.
Okay so what I wanted to talk about today was about how past traumas shape us like they shape our self-esteem and you think how does that work?
Because you might have looked at your trauma really deeply but it's embedded and it's sometimes really subtle and snuck away inside a cell somewhere in your body or in a brain file.
I don't say this out loud to make it awful.
I just really I want you to see how you use the power of your words to maintain something in your world.
This is not a cure-all method.
This is just Linda saying this is what I've done,
This is how I've cleared what I didn't realize were past traumas because I'd packaged them away and I'm such a positive upfront person that you didn't see.
Other people who are quiet and inside themselves people they won't see either because we're really good at parceling these things up and sending them away.
So we're going to focus on the power of your words to release and heal.
So through what we're going to do today you're going to look at alleviating the weight of your past traumas again without really looking at them and just freeing you up.
I'm going to do a code with you,
An Anahata code,
A heart library code.
We're going to do the code for freedom because funnily enough I think many of our lives,
Much of our life in this life has had us feeling bound,
Not free,
Constricted.
Think about past lives.
I don't know how you feel about past life so again I'm just gonna say this is how Linda feels.
In the past women were claimed as property.
Not everywhere and not everyone made that hard but women didn't have power for freedom.
They were owned.
In some of your past lives you might have been a slave of some sort and I don't even want that to be a bad picture because slavery comes in different formats.
And how many packages of past messaging,
How many are hiding in your cells?
So as I'm speaking I don't want you to go revisit those unless you get a really clear indicator and then push pause and just lightly feel into it and write down how it makes you feel.
But we're going to do the code for freedom and with that hold the intention to allow that code to fully embed ourselves right through all past lives,
Future lives,
Everything connected to the soul being that is you.
Freedom,
Freedom to choose,
Freedom to be and in doing this we can cross over timelines.
We can adjust very gently how we perceive things.
It's really magical so don't try and analyze it,
Just allow,
Just allow.
Before we do the code I'd like you to have a glass of water,
Not a whole glass,
A sip is fine and just hold in your heart hydration,
Connection and your spiritual source connection.
We have spoken a bit about heart library codes before and just know,
Just know that these are vibrational numbers that are sent as a message to your cells.
It's that simple,
If you can leave it that simple then it's easier to see the magic.
So sit comfortably,
Allow your breath just to relax,
Don't be anything,
You don't have to be in a meditative state for this,
It's nice just to be relaxed.
Allow your breath to be relaxed.
If you want you can place your hands on your heart center,
Otherwise just sit how you are and intend,
Intend for this activation to land where it needs to for you.

Doing this confirms your complete openness to the landing of this new vibration.
Sit with the music for a bit and allow,
Allow,
Allow.
Now,
Now it's time to just come back and listen to me a little bit more.
Stay in this gentle space that you're in and just let my words wash over you because you can listen to this again if you like anytime.
I wanted to talk to you about words and their energy and I'm going to give you a little bit of what we might call homework to continue on from this session before your next one.
Something that I found when I was watching my language was where I use combative words,
Words that hold an intentional energy but it's not aligned with what you meant or what you hold dear.
Ever think about combative words for you,
What are combative words and watch where you use them and if the energy that you hold at that time is aligned with what you want it to be.
So that's your homework.
Spend time,
Ongoing really,
Listening to your thoughts and your spoken words throughout your day.
Oh yes you'll drift away from it but every now and then just come back and listen and hear and make it a habit to really hear where you want to alter your speech.
A simple one is if somebody says how are you,
Your ears will hear your answer.
My everyday answer to that is I'm having a good day,
I changed it,
I made that a standard practice.
So listen to what you say and if you want to alter your speech patterns just choose a very simple way.
If you need help with this go into the chat,
I will answer you.
Go into the classroom,
I will give you help with that.
I've been working on this for a long time and you're really just looking for areas where you want your speech patterning,
Your thought patterning to align with what you want in life,
Not with what your past is overlaying into your speech pattern.
Does it make sense?
And as you go it becomes so much faster for you to alter your speech patterns on the fly so to speak.
You'll feel a sentence coming out and you'll go I don't want to say that out loud,
That's not what I want to say and your brain will get with the game for you and it will just allow you something else to say.
It'll overlap really quickly.
This is part of unwrapping a new you so have fun with it,
Enjoy the unwrapping of you.
Now some journal questions if you want them I'm just gonna say them out loud here and then you'll find them also in the classroom.
So if something surfaced during this session,
An old let's call it a trauma,
How did it feel to just see it with a neutral mindset?
What did it offer you?
And how do you think this act of clearing the feelings from past traumas,
How do you think it will influence your self-esteem?
And as with the words we were talking about,
Consider which words and sentences that you use now which no longer belong to the version of you that is now or no longer has a place in your world.
And how do you feel your self-esteem would grow as you gently gently negate and neutralize past trauma files?
Because you can use the brain file process fluidly in your world.
Once you start to see the things that are impacting your world by your speech patterning and by those buried files,
Again you can use the brain file process on the fly.
If you hear something and you know it relates to sibling rivalry or something that happened in your childhood or the womb,
Just say to your brain,
You don't have to like think on it too hard,
Say to your brain,
You know what this relates to,
Can you please just take those files,
Go get them now and drift them over the arc and land them in that magical love pile.
Do it,
Straight up,
Don't spend any time on it yourself.
Your brain loves doing this file reorganizing,
It's what it does.
Now I want to just do another heart code library to wrap up this session.
So stay in your gentle place,
Stay where you are.
And this one was a surprise to me because I intuit these codes for us and it was about vulnerability because when you're changing you are vulnerable so you can be vulnerable and protected at the same time.
