Well hello beautiful being and welcome.
Welcome to session one of this beautiful course on cultivating your self-esteem through inner growth.
Why did I begin this course?
I think we all have levels and times where we need to have better skills at understanding how our self-esteem is being eroded and how to build ourselves up again.
So this is the introduction,
This is the one that you can listen to to see if you want to move forward on the course and we're going to talk about how we approach self-esteem and understand my processes just a bit more.
We'll go through an outline of each session and we'll provide just a better understanding of what to expect inside the course and we'll finish with a series of brain file clearing to vibrationally shift and recalibrate some brain files.
There will be through this course some journal questions,
Thoughtful questions within each session and these aren't here to make life hard for you and you don't have to write them down.
They're just here to invite thought and change and there are no rules.
If you write them down don't buy into them just look at them from a higher perspective and hold them in your heart and ask for clarity and write down answers if it feels good or just know that you've found the answer in your heart or a little more understanding.
The questions really are just here to provide an avenue for further understanding for you.
So session wise total in this we have six sessions.
This is counting as session one.
Session two is about losing low self-esteem and exploring its origins.
In this session we're going to look at where your self-esteem began to be eroded from your body image,
Your food choices,
Work,
Business,
Even team management and recognizing that when you're overwhelmed you can add energy to your feelings of low self-esteem and grow it yourself without even knowing.
Session three is about clearing past trauma and the power of a sentence.
Our past traumas often shape our self-esteem and sometimes it's subtle and unknowing and in this session we'll learn how to focus on the power of our words to release and heal.
Through this process we alleviate the weight of past traumas and just allow for a freer healthier self-esteem.
Session four is about dealing with people.
In this session we're going to investigate more about how other people affect you,
Paint off you,
Tweak your feelings.
In session five we're going to shine the light on hidden beliefs,
Uncover them.
You know we often carry around hidden beliefs that have shaped our self-esteem and many of them stem from childhood,
The womb,
Past experiences.
In this session we'll just really gently search within our brain files to uncover beliefs,
Shed the light on them and begin the process of understanding and transforming them and open the path again to a healthier self-esteem.
And session six is about recalibrating vibrations.
Perceiving yourself anew is part of the title and it's about your perception of yourself and how crucial it is to your self-esteem.
In this session we'll learn how to recalibrate these perceptions and these alter our internal vibrations creating a more positive self-view.
The shift in perception can dramatically improve your self-esteem and it can help you to embrace your authentic self even more.
So you can see there's a fair bit of work involved and one of the things that I will say now and I'll probably say again in another part of the course is don't rush through this thing.
Allow the work to settle.
Don't look at it with the surface view of I've got to get this done and if you do fall into the feeling of just listening to the six sessions because they're short and listening to them all in the one go promise yourself that you'll go back and allow,
Allow the sessions to have their own space and time,
A whole day of allowing it to settle into your body,
A week even,
But feel into it.
It's not about just finishing the course,
It's about allowing the course to do the work for you within you.
Along the different sessions of the course we're going to use these things called heart library codes,
Anahata codes and these codes when you get to them you'll go what on earth are they?
What these codes are,
They are vibrations that speak to your heart.
It's as simple as that.
We have forgotten how vibrations affect us and we just allow it which is part of the reason why we get overwhelmed and anxiety in my view.
The heart library codes reach into your heart and just allow,
Just allow a feeling of acknowledgement,
A recalibration of a feeling.
It's just a special way to gently go about shifting stuff,
Technical term,
In your world and brain file clearing,
Well we're going to,
We're going to experience that now.
Brain files,
Well you know your brain uses files,
Well do you?
Uses files to record stuff,
To record stuff you know about and also peripheral stuff that you've not got any control over.
Brain file clearing helps with this,
Moves on files that have no relationship to you,
Brings up space for new files to shine,
So much,
So much.
So let's have a wee play with brain file clearing.
It's time just to be gentle,
Sit or lie down it doesn't really matter as long as you're comfortable and maybe you can just gently close your eyes.
If you haven't had any water recently then have a drink,
Allow your body to come into this hydrated.
Just relax into where you are,
Make a big breath as far down into your lungs as you can and then just let it leak slowly out as you relax further and further.
Do that again,
Big deep breath in,
Fill up your lungs as much as you can and then very gently let the air out.
Are your eyes gently closed?
We're going to play with some pictures up in your mindscape.
If you can't see pictures in a meditation please don't worry,
Just allow,
You don't have to see anything,
Just allow the words to wash over you and do the magic.
So with that and your fully relaxed body,
Allow yourself to feel into that space behind your eyes,
The mind space.
Sometimes when you arrive there it's just empty,
Ready for you to put something in there and if you look out to the left,
Ask your brain to show itself to you.
Doesn't matter how the brain comes up or as I said even if you can't see anything,
Just reach out,
Send love and thank the brain for coming and playing with us today.
And then from the brain on your left,
Feel up and over in an arc that takes your vision and your feelings over to the right-hand side of the space.
The arc might become a rainbow,
It may just feel like a place,
An arc,
A journey,
A little road.
And then on the right-hand side in the space there's a container to receive our files.
The container is filled with love,
Filled with the love vibration so that the files can have the work done on them when we land them in the container.
Now let's come back over to your brain and ask your brain,
Ask your brain if it can bring up any files about daily stress,
Your daily stress files,
The files that your brain has been worrying about.
Tell your brain this is not scary,
It's going to help it to feel better.
And when your brain delivers you some files,
Just feel them going up and over that arc,
Over the curve or the rainbow,
However you've seen it or felt it.
And then the files land in the love container.
They land in the love container to be recalibrated,
Freshened up,
Even archived if they no longer have relevance to you.
Now come back over to your brain and thank it,
Thank it for working with you.
And then ask your brain if it can bring you the files on the stresses of work,
Regardless if you're in your own business or you work for somebody else.
There are always stress files floating around,
So let's gather them up when your brain brings them to you.
Let them drift up and over the arc and land gently in the love pile,
Recalibrated.
Allow the vibration to shift.
We just leave the files in the love pile and when the work's done they just get refiled back into your system where they belong,
Not necessarily front and center anymore.
Now if you come back to your brain,
Ask your brain for any files on fear,
Any files at all on fear that your brain sees and wants to upgrade or negate.
And as the files come to you,
Let's see them drift up and over the arc and land in the love pile for neutralizing,
Recalibrating.
Now when you come back to your brain,
Ask your brain if it'll go and find files on joy,
Joyful things,
Joy and joyful feelings.
We don't have to search in these files,
We just know that as they come,
We lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile where they can be shown up,
Recalibrated,
Loved.
Now come back to your brain and ask it to find files on warmth and love and happiness.
Give it time to find what it wants.
Warmth and love and happiness.
See those files as they go up and over the arc,
Oh and land in the love pile to flourish,
To be shined up,
Recalibrated for your new.
Now come back over to your brain and thank your brain for working with you.
Thank it for helping you with removing some silly old files and just for being there.
Now ever so gently feel yourself coming back into your human body with all your toes,
Stretch your shoulders out and sigh to yourself and know that you're moving into a new place,
A new way of thinking,
A slight adjustment.
