Today we’ll be using my magic Vibrational Recalibration process alongside some lovely Heart Library codes to reach inside, to acknowledge where anxiety lives then Neutralize these files With Love. Use your ear pods for best benefit from this very gentle yet deep dive into clearing and new clarity. This is a process that you can learn and use in your every day to clear and refresh files as you see them arise.

Hello beautiful being,

How are you today?

Today,

As you might have read,

We're going to work on shifting anxiety using a vibrational process that I call vibrational recalibration.

And it's rather a magic process.

And we'll do it alongside some lovely heart library codes to reach inside and to see where your anxiety lives.

And then to neutralize the files with love.

It's a really gentle process.

And with the heart library codes,

These are the vibrational codes of everything that's in our world.

A beautiful friend downloaded them and I have been using them as a practitioner for quite a few years now.

And they just vibrationally align you a little better in the world.

That's their job.

So if you just get yourself settled,

Lean into what relaxes you that little bit more,

Just feel yourself.

Whether you're sitting or lying,

It doesn't matter.

And you know what?

If you're in a rush one day,

You can even listen to this while you're walking around.

This is not necessarily a one-off listen.

It's up to you.

But I find that different layers become apparent when I do it again.

So yeah,

See how you feel about it.

So have you had a drink of water recently?

If you haven't,

Now's the time to pause the meditation and grab some water so that your body's hydrated for the work we're doing.

And have some available for when we're finished.

And if you want to go to sleep through this,

You can.

That is so easy to do and your brain will do all the work for you as you sleep.

Take one deep,

Really big in-breath and just hold it at the top.

And then let it just escape really simply.

Just leave your body.

Do it again.

Big in-breath all the way.

Expand your ribs.

Hold it at the top just for a bit and then let it just leak out.

If you yawn,

You've done your job.

If you want to do it again,

Do.

And feel yourself lean that little bit more into relaxing until you just feel.

.

Scan your body a tiny bit.

See if there's any tension that you can just dissipate with another breath.

Just allow your body to relax a bit more with each breath.

We're going to do one code and you actually don't have to do anything.

If you want,

You can lie with or sit with both hands on your heart chakra.

But if not,

Just be and intend that your heart chakra is activated and open and aligned with your source.

Because I'm just the conduit here for you.

Nothing's going to happen that you're not fully aware of,

Even though it might be new to you.

Now the code we're going to do,

Unsurprisingly,

Is that of anxiety.

The vibration of anxiety.

And after that we're going to move into a new process.

And I'm going to say the special vibrational words seven times.

And then there'll be a statement to make,

But just in your head.

Or you can say in your head whatever she says.

That's what I say when I don't want to say it out loud.

Okay beautiful being,

Just lie still and be.

And allow me to bring you this vibrational shift.

It's my honor to do this.

We ask for,

Align with,

And allow this beautiful Heart Library code,

This Anahata code,

With gratitude and love.

We activate the assisting frequency,

The vibration of anxiety.

Think,

Feel,

Or say out loud,

It is done,

It is so,

And thank you.

Just allow that energy to be in your heart,

In your body,

Wherever you feel it.

And if you don't feel anything from it,

Accept it in your heart,

And know that it has landed how it should for you.

And now beautiful being,

I'm going to take you into a new place.

Well,

It is a place that you know,

But we're going to see some different stuff today.

So while you're still in this gentle,

Peaceful place,

Just find yourself in that beautiful mind scape behind your eyes.

I call it imagineer land.

So much can happen there that you can bring into your now.

You don't have to see anything there.

If you're a visual person,

You will.

If not,

Just know,

Just know that it's there for you how you want it to be.

Don't ever feel restricted by what you don't or do see.

Now in your mind's eye,

From this left hand side of this vision,

And see or feel into where your brain lives.

I'm a very visual person.

So my brain showed itself to me in 3D as a being like a little small hobbit Clark person with a bank of computers.

Another friend saw an ant busily organizing files.

If you don't see anything,

Just know your brain is there.

Of course it's there.

Now in your mind's eye,

From this left hand side,

Where your brain lives,

Feel,

Feel out and look up and over and see an arc,

A rainbow leading you over to the right,

To the right where there is a beautiful big container filled with love,

Filled with love.

It's your container.

Mine's filled with love bubbles.

You can make the container whatever you like it to be.

And we're going to use this love filled container to neutralize and refresh files from your brain.

And just move your view back over to the left hand side to where your brain lives.

And let your brain know that nothing we do here today is going to be scary.

And let your brain know that nothing we do here today is going to be scary.

It's all very safe.

And once it gets into the flow,

It'll be happy to work with you.

So in your mind,

In this beautiful space,

Reach out to your brain and ask it if it will bring up the file of giving myself permission,

The file on giving myself permission.

Once again,

Let me say whatever you see is right for you.

Just go with the flow and intend,

Intend that this all works for you.

So when that file appears or feels like it's there,

Just elevate it up and over that arc and land it in the love pile.

It'll just disappear into the pile magically.

Now files don't disappear.

So what we're doing is recalibrating them,

The seemingly negative ones.

We neutralize and refresh and then they can go back into the files or the archives,

Whatever works.

The seemingly positive ones get shown up more and activated and updated and then get sent back into the front file.

So the brain has them for use.

And let's go back over to the brain and ask it for the file on being belittled,

On the times where you felt you've been belittled.

Let's float that file up and over the arc and land it in the love pile.

And what about the file where the brain projects negative outcomes as a brain story,

Negative outcomes.

Where it's using these negative outcomes as alerts for you but they're not real.

There'll be a file on that and the brain knows it's probably gone looking for them already.

Let's carry that file up and over the airwaves and land it in the love pile.

And while we're doing that,

Let's go back over to the brain and ask it for the file on projecting positive outcomes,

Updating that file so the brain has more ability to project positive outcomes in its stories.

Let's float that file up and over the arc and land it in the love pile for neutralizing and uplifting.

Now come back over and find the file,

Ask your brain to find the file on judging,

Being judged or judging others.

It's probably all in the one file area.

So ask your brain to gather those files and when they're ready let's carry them up and over that arc.

And when they're ready let's carry them up and over that arc,

Over the rainbow and land them in the love pile to be neutralized.

And now let's come back and ask the brain to gather the file on confidence,

Your own confidence,

Your confidence in others,

Confidence.

And let's carry that file up and over the arc and land it in the love pile.

Now let's come back to the brain and ask it for the file on feeling invisible to those around you,

Feeling invisible because you know sometimes you're just not seen or you're only seen as somebody wants to see you.

So feeling invisible and let's carry that file up and over and neutralize it with love and alongside that file ask the brain for the file on wanting to be invisible,

Wanting to be invisible and let's refresh that file up and over the arc and into the love pile.

Now come back to the brain and ask it for the file on old perspectives,

Old perspectives and illusions,

Illusions and old perspectives,

Might be a few files and let's carry them up and over that arc and pop them into the love bubble pile.

Go back and ask the brain for the files and they'll be together in a pile on old rules,

Old rules maybe from school,

Maybe from when you were really little that just don't apply now.

I mean some of them might be able to be made current but let's grab those old rules,

All of the files on that,

They might be a bit dusty and let's carry them up and over and land them in the love pile.

Now let's come back to the brain and ask it for the files on old perceptions,

Old perceptions and land them in the love pile.

They could be updated or or archived it doesn't really matter does it?

Now ask the brain,

Come back over to the left and ask the brain for the files on insecurities and deficiencies.

Now these may be things you because of life happenings,

Just ask your brain to gather them all together,

All together in a big pile and let them fly over that arc and peacefully land in the love pile,

Being neutralized and refreshed.

Another file we need to find and clear up and gently neutralize is the file on deep stress.

Now this file may have come from the womb so give your brain permission to go look for all the files on deep stress.

This is often stress you can't see because there's surface stress that just makes you run around,

Deep stress is what causes that.

So let's let all of those files gather together and carry them up over the arc and just slide them gently into the love pile.

And now beautiful being what about asking the brain for the file about the people who have hurt your heart.

Don't judge it just say can you find that file on the people who have hurt my heart and just lift that file up and over and gently slide it into the love pile.

It's kind of like the TARDIS that love pile that takes anything we give it and does its work for us.

Now come back to your brain and ask it to find the file on listening to myself which is linked to listening to your intuition and your gut feelings.

All of the files related to that.

Let it find those and let's carry them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile to be refreshed and shone.

What about coming back and asking your brain for the files on valuing on valuing your own thoughts,

Your own feelings and your own words.

Valuing your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Your words.

Let's take that beautiful set of files and carry them up and over for a refresh and an upgrade to shine and come back for using again.

What about now come back to the brain and ask it for the file on belief.

Belief in yourself,

Belief in your next steps,

Belief in your clarity and carry those files up and over the airwaves and land them in the love pile.

Now why don't you ask the brain for the file on personal strengths,

Your own personal strengths and superpowers.

Let's refresh that file,

Those files and once they're gathered carry them up and over the airwaves and land them in the love pile and next let's find the file on being kind to me,

Loving me.

Sometimes that file gets hidden.

Ask the brain to find that file,

Those set of files,

Being kind to me and loving me and let's gather them gently up and carry them over the airwaves and land them in love to be refreshed,

Renewed,

Uplifted and shiny and gorgeous being.

To complete this meditation I'm going to do one more of those beautiful heart library codes and this one is about believing,

Believing because I know even though you're in this gentle space you may have not believed what has happened so let's bed in believing.

So stay where you are,

I'll do all the work.

We ask for,

Align with and allow this beautiful heart library code,

This Anahata code with gratitude and love.

We activate the assisting frequency and the vibration for the love-based emotion of believing.

Now take a deep breath in and on the out breath think,

Feel or say out loud,

It is done,

It is so and thank you and now beautiful being if you are going to sleep through this don't listen to me anymore but if you needed to come back this is the time,

This is the time to come back.

Just wiggle your toes a little bit,

Come back gently,

Don't leap all the way,

Feel all of the new vibrations landing in your body wherever they need to land,

Feel the joy of the shifts whether you saw stories or didn't,

Just know your guidance and your source allow this information to connect.

On your shoulders and just gently,

Gently come back to the here and now.
