Hello beautiful being,

It's Linda here and what are we doing today?

I'm sharing with you a beautiful meditation called I am worthy.

It's based on I am statements and my aim is to help you clear the way for your own inner worthiness and abundance.

Now if anything I say jars with you then let it slide away.

There's no reason to feel triggered.

This is just a gentle refreshing process.

So slowly and gently relax further into where you are.

Feel where you are.

You can be standing,

Sitting,

Lying,

It doesn't matter.

These statements will just land where they're meant to land.

Open your heart and allow.

That would be the biggest one.

Just allow.

Take a big breath in,

Big breath in and ever so gently let it out slowly,

Purposefully,

Slowing it down.

Do that again.

Another big breath in and ever so slowly let it leak out.

Now let's do a scan of your body and discover any places where there's sneaky stress.

We could start with your toes,

Wriggle your feet a little bit and your ankles,

Breathing love into each spot as we land on it.

Your calves,

Allow them to just de-stress a little more.

Your thighs,

Do an inner wiggle of your hips to loosen them up.

Breathe love into every organ in your system and all of the muscles holding them.

Allow,

Allow them to just sigh and to relax.

Especially the muscles up near your solar plexus.

They tend to take a little bit more relaxing.

Now what about all the muscles that hold your spine?

They do such a good job for us.

Let's allow them to just relax.

Even if you're standing,

Just give them the signal.

Relax,

Still do your job but not with tension.

And up to your shoulders,

Your collarbone.

Lift them up and drop them back down again.

And your neck,

Your neck does a big job for us too doesn't it?

Take some tension breaths,

Release the tension with breath out of your neck.

And all of the little muscles that hold your head on,

Across your forehead,

Your temples,

Around your entire brain area,

Your jaw,

The muscles behind your eyes.

Just breathe love into there.

Allow your breath just to fall into natural for you.

And as I said,

Just let these statements land where they want to land,

Where they're maybe meant to land or not.

Don't buy into any of them in particular.

I am worthy.

I am loved.

I am intuitive and aware.

I am aligned with my journey.

My heart is filled with the abundance of love.

I love me.

I am complete.

I am aware and I can see clearly on every level.

I my eyes see value and love in the softness and the hugs.

I hear clearly on every level and I value the sounds around me.

I am aware and my ears know the abundant call of my higher guidance.

I understand the mechanisms of doubt and I no longer accept or hold them in my body.

I value myself.

I am valued.

I feel valued.

I know who I am.

I hear my inner calling.

I know me.

I love me.

I am complete.

I release any rules or programming that don't align with me in my next new.

I am aligned with my journey.

I am filled with love and I value the knowledge stored in my brain.

I am aligned with my journey and I partner with my brain to fulfill my mission here on earth.

I am worthy of the story I wrote for myself.

I am valued and loved by source.

I am intuitive and aware.

I am aligned with my journey.

I am filled with the abundance of love.

I know me.

I love me.

I am complete.

I value myself and my journey here on earth.

I value my past which gives me my present,

My now.

I know myself and I hear my journey calling.

I am fully aligned with my journey.

I love and value the knowledge stored in my heart library.

I know me.

I love me.

I truly am complete.

Now beautiful being it's time to come back to the here and now.

Wriggle your toes gently.

Maybe move your shoulders a little bit.

Micro wiggle your hips and allow yourself,

Allow yourself to very gently come back to here.

And while you're back and just relaxing I wanted to offer you a couple of places to go to add to what we've done today.

Something that I listen to is from beautiful chorus here on the app and it's called I am perfect.

It's just lovely and it creates a great earworm once you've listened to it a couple of times.

It's also on my workout playlist if you want to download it.

There's some beautiful work there from beautiful chorus and I listen to them when I work out.

It doesn't matter about your creations.

It's about manifesting confidence which adds to your value and your worth on your inner self.
