Using my Brain File Clearing process through this meditation, we’ll Vibrationally Recalibrate old inner files which keep telling a sad story about confidence and will refresh them into a new script, a fresh view.

Hello,

Hello beautiful being.

It's so nice to have you here sharing this space with me today.

And we today,

We're going to do a meditation on growing confidence on all levels.

Confidence gets dented pretty easily sometimes,

Especially when you're a sensitive being and you're growing,

You're growing your awareness on different levels and layers.

So we're going to look today at confidence in your intuition,

At confidence in how your eyes perceive stuff.

I don't mean that that's the same as seeing,

It's the perception from your eyes.

Confidence in translating,

Like the deeper meaning of the spoken word,

And confidence in your own shine.

To do this we're going to work with my brain file clearing process,

A vibrational recalibration on the files.

You may have done it before with me,

But I'm still going to walk you through it.

If you haven't had water,

Just pause the recording now and go and get some water.

It's better to do this hydrated.

Herbal tea's fine too,

If it's cold where you are.

So just put yourself in your most relaxed place,

Sitting or lying.

And as I always say,

If you are looking after family,

If you're doing stuff and you're on the move,

Just hold the intention for your brain to hear this,

To feel this,

To be this.

Take a big in-breath,

Really big in-breath,

As much as you can fill in,

And just let it leak out slowly.

Another big in-breath,

Hold it at the top and then just allow it to leak out.

If this makes you want to yawn,

Then you know you've started to re-oxygenate properly.

Now on your next in-breath and on the out-breath,

Relax even more into where you are.

Feel your muscles relaxing,

Feel your whole body relaxing.

Now we're going to take our vision up into the space that lives behind our eyes,

The mindscape.

I call it Imagineerland.

In behind your eyes is where so many things can happen and you can make things real from there,

If they fit into your life story of course.

Now while you're checking it out,

Just look over to the left and you see over to the left is where your brain lives.

Now you may or may not actually see anything there.

If you're a visual person,

You'll be able to see it,

But if you're not,

Just assume that your brain is there.

When I first looked,

I saw my brain as a mad busy office person,

Just in the shape of a hobbit really,

Sitting behind a bank of computers,

Manically trying to organize my life with its limited perception of what's happening.

But now that's shifted and I regularly do this and my brain trusts me on it,

Which is rather cool.

So knowing or seeing that your brain is over there on the left,

Now lift your vision up and over in an arc to the right.

And what that arc is,

It's a traveling place for our files.

It may be a rainbow for you,

It may just be an arc.

Whatever shows up or feels for you is fine.

And on the right where the arc finishes is the most amazing container filled with love.

And this is the refresh pile.

Let's test it out.

Just keep relaxed and breathing normally as we do this.

It's a sort of a semi meditation.

So just allow.

And if you do go to sleep through this,

No problem.

Your brain will still do the work with us.

Now when you come back over to where your brain lives,

Just say out loud or in your mind,

You're not going to do anything scary here.

Which you're going to make life easier for you,

Nicer for you.

So let's give this a chance.

And now ask your brain in that beautiful space if it can find the file on how you feel.

How you feel.

Ask it for that file on how you feel.

Understanding how you feel.

That file.

There might be more than one.

And when your brain brings those files to you or shows them to you,

See them float and flow up and over the arc that we created to land over in the love pile on the right.

Now files don't,

They don't get taken away from you because they're part of who you are.

They get regenerated if they're meant to.

They get refreshed and they get shown into their next new.

And when they're ready,

They'll just pop back into the filing system again.

Now pop back over to the brain,

Over to the left and ask it for the file on what's next.

What's happening next for my next new.

And when that file comes,

See it beautifully flow up and over the arc and land in the love pile to be shown,

To be refreshed.

Now another area where we feel like we're running and chasing is the area on what if I'm too slow.

So ask the brain for the file on missing the boat or missing the train.

What if I'm too slow?

It might be one file,

It might be a collection.

And when you get those files,

Whether you see them or just know they're there,

See them go up and over that beautiful arc and land in the love pile to be refreshed,

To be shown up,

To be neutralized.

Now let's go back and ask the brain for the file on knowing,

On knowing for sure whether this is your intuition or not.

There's a file on this and let's take that file up and over the arc and land it in the love pile and get it upgraded because you do know and you can have confidence in this.

Now come back over to your brain and ask it for the file on seeing different perceptions,

Even seeing different perspectives.

Don't over qualify,

Just ask it for that file because what happens when something different comes,

We try to quantify it into our current world.

So just allow those files on different perceptions and different perspectives to flow over that beautiful arc and land in the love pile to be refreshed and renewed for you.

And while we're talking about it,

Let's ask the brain for the file on over qualifying.

You know we do that when we find something out,

Over qualifying.

Let's take that file or that set of files up and over the arc and land it in the love pile to be neutralized,

To be loved.

Now come back and ask the brain for the file on proving stuff to me instead of trusting,

Proving.

And there'll be quite a few files on that because the people that we live around often say to us,

How did you know that?

And sometimes we scrabble to find a reason.

Whereas when we know in our hearts and when we trust,

We don't have to prove anything.

We can still be compassionate to people who don't know,

But we don't need to let them judge us for it.

We don't have to hold on to that judgment anyway.

So let's take the file on proving stuff to others,

Proving stuff to you.

However many files come and let's lift them up and over that arc and land them in the love pile.

And because we spoke about it,

Let's come back to the brain and ask for the files on trust,

Personal trust,

Trust in others,

Whatever trust means to you and your brain right now.

And let's carry those files up and over the arc and land them in the love bubble pile.

Now let's ask the brain,

Come back over to the left and ask the brain for the file on worthy,

On you being worthy,

On you seeing your own worth and your value,

The files on that.

And let's see them lifted up and over the arc to land in the love pile,

To be uplifted,

To be refreshed,

To get a new shine,

A new look.

Now let's come back to the brain and ask the brain for any files that it's got on love,

Self-love,

Compassionate love,

Benevolent love,

Love,

Anything to do with love that the brain needs to find now.

And let's see all of those files going up and over the arc and landing in the love pile,

Knowing that they'll be upgraded,

Refreshed and shone.

Sit with the music for a while and let this all land.

If you feel like it,

You could ask your brain if it has any files that it wants to move,

To get refreshed or shone and just sit with the music and do that.

Now it's time to come back beautiful being.

It's time to come back to the here and now.

Just stretch your shoulders a little bit and start moving your body a tiny bit to wake up.

You can stay asleep if that's okay,

But if you need to actually come back,

This is your cue to come back now.

Come back here to earth with all of your files refreshed and happy and move into your day or the rest of your evening,

Wherever you are.
