This meditation is intended to help you speak from your highest good and for the highest good of others.

My name is Linda Rossini and welcome to today's meditation.

To begin,

I would like you to find great ease in your physical body by finding the most comfortable position,

Enabling you to soften into this moment,

Really shifting your body to find greater ease,

Being in a chair or lying down,

And then really allow your whole body to soften.

Slowly allow your eyes to close or find a soft gaze in front of you.

And let's begin here by following your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale it out through your mouth,

Breathing in through the nose and then exhale sighing it out through the mouth.

When you feel ready,

Gently close your eyes and take your breath in and out through the nose.

As you soften into this meditation,

Really allow my words to flow in and out of your consciousness.

Give yourself full permission to be here in this moment as you invite in your higher self.

I'd like to begin this meditation by sharing with you an old tale that was first known to have come from Socrates,

Who was alive approximately 400 BC.

So yes,

This is very old and it has probably morphed and evolved.

It's been known as many things,

But I know it as the Three Gates.

Since we absorb knowledge and information through our conscious mind,

Our five senses,

And our emotional,

Imaginative,

Unconscious mind,

It only makes sense that all our experiences must pass through these levels of consciousness for us to process and act upon our world and experiences.

There are three gates,

And at the first gate,

Ask yourself,

Is it true?

When you are experiencing an event,

A circumstance,

Something somebody has said or done,

Ask yourself,

Is what you are thinking true?

Byron Cady's first two questions of her method of inquiry,

Called The Work,

Ask,

Is it true?

Can you absolutely know it's true?

Observe your thoughts and see if you can let go of judgment,

Since judgment is a perception we place on the event or experiences.

So just ask yourself,

Is it true?

Can you absolutely know it's true?

For example,

If you are walking and you pass by somebody you know and they do not acknowledge you,

Are you going to read into it that they don't like you,

They didn't want to talk to you,

That you're not worthy,

That you're not enough?

Is that perception you have created,

Is it absolutely true?

If it isn't,

Then you stop there.

You allow the thought and the illusions to just melt away until you can find clarification after.

But if you believe something to be truly true,

If it's unquestionable and if it's factual and true,

Then you can approach the second game.

Is it necessary?

Do you really need to say the thing you're thinking?

Will it improve another person's situation or life or your situation and life?

If it's not necessary,

Really consider if you need to say it.

Is it going to serve your highest good or the highest good of others?

Give yourself a chance to soften,

Give yourself some time and decide if it is actually necessary to express the thoughts you're thinking.

Now if you feel it is true and necessary,

You can pass through the last gate and ask yourself,

Is it kind?

Are the thoughts you are going to speak,

Do they reflect loving kindness or do they come from hurt,

Old inner wounds,

False perceptions?

Is it kind?

If your words can pass through these three gates,

Is it true?

Is it necessary?

Is it kind?

Then I invite you to come into this meditation to help you connect with your higher self so that you can act in the best version of yourself for others and for your highest good.

Today's mantra is Satya,

S-A-T-Y-A,

Satya,

And this vibration holds the essence of truth.

So as we marinate in these intentions and these thoughts and these questions,

Invite truth,

Truth into your mind,

Into your speech and into your heart with Satya,

Satya,

Satya.

This mantra may float in and out of your consciousness,

It could become louder or softer,

It could morph all together,

It may even change,

But when you notice just come back to Satya,

Truth.

Hold that,

Hold that in your mind,

Hold that in your heart.

Breathe here as you breathe into Satya.

I will keep track of the time and when you hear the sound of the bell,

Just gently come back into presence.

So take a deep breath in and exhale into Satya.

And as you slowly come back into your physical body,

Feeling the truth of loving-kindness resonate throughout your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Your spirit,

Connect to the truth,

The truth that we are all one,

Seeking to be the best versions of ourselves,

And go out into the world with the knowledge that you can speak the truth,

Deciding if it's necessary or not,

And really reflecting if you are speaking from loving-kindness.

Always wishing you great love,

Great respect,

Great peace.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
