It begins with a body scan to help you get centered, followed by an exploration of the emotional landscape of the heart, uncovering both its challenging, murky aspects and its uplifting qualities. The practice then focuses on gently releasing and transforming emotions, blockages, and other stagnant energies, allowing them to flow freely and cultivating a sense of peace and renewal. When we feel into our heart, it's normal for emotions to arise. Allow them to flow through you like waves, and let them pass. Be kind to yourself, trust your discernment, and choose love.
