I am Lina,

And this meditation is intended to support and honor your unique experience as a woman.

Create a comfortable space where you can relax and focus on the breath.

If it's accessible for you,

Lay down on your belly.

This posture helps relieve pressure on internal female organs.

Or you can simply sit or lay down on your back.

When you are settled,

Close your eyes,

Take a few very slow breaths through your nose to focus on your inner sensations.

Visualize a warm and soothing light enveloping your lower abdomen or maybe lower back,

Focusing on the areas where you feel discomfort.

Imagine this light gently soothing and relaxing the muscles,

Reducing any pain or tension.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your attention to your breath and the natural rhythm of your body.

With each inhale,

Envision healing energy flowing into your body.

Feel this energy nourishing and revitalizing your reproductive system,

Bringing balance and harmony.

Follow your breath,

Inhale and exhale,

Relax.

And now,

Shift your focus to the natural cycles of the moon,

Which mirror the cycles within your body.

Visualize the gentle waxing and waning of the moon,

Ebb and flow of your own feminine energy.

As you connect with the moon's energy,

Feel a sense of gratitude for the wisdom and power of your body's natural process.

Embrace the transformative nature of your menstrual cycle and recognize the sacredness of this time.

And now,

We start practicing affirmations.

Just listen to these phrases and receive the energy of them.

I honor and celebrate the divine wisdom within my body.

Inhale and exhale.

I release any pain or discomfort,

Allowing my body to find balance.

Inhale and exhale.

I embrace the cycles of the moon and my own feminine rhythm.

Inhale and exhale.

I am strong,

Resilient,

And in tune with the natural flow of life.

Inhale and fully exhale.

Stay in this meditative state for as long as you wish,

Allowing yourself to fully experience the relaxation and connection to your body's innate wisdom.

You can pause the audio and relax even more.

And when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Feeling a sense of gratitude for the healing energy and connection you have created.

One more inhale and with an exhale,

Open your eyes.
