Feeling deeply into some life questions, I spontaneously shared these thoughts with a dear love of mine in a voice recording. As I finished speaking the last word, I realized that the words that had organically flowed out of me were in true alignment with the exploring that is going on within a course I teach Matrix Integration Exploration (MIE). I am living my vision and it's being co-created in a glorious community. I am passionate about my life because life is so passionate about me. We move and flow as one. I don't always understand it, but I certainly feel it. MIE participants feel it too. We're here to remember, together.

I get a lot of joy from remembering why I'm here,

And it seems to me that,

At least in part,

I'm here to remember my engagement within creation.

And when I remember my engagement within creation,

I'm connected to a sense of empowerment.

And so,

In a way,

It feels like I'm here to connect myself and those I'm with into that field,

Into that knowing,

Into that participation from an empowering place.

And since we live in a pretty non-consensual dominant culture,

A culture that doesn't often really value empowerment due to the capitalistic nature that it's comprised of,

We need to remember our withinness,

Our inherent placement within,

Our inherent being birthed within,

And always existing co-creation.

When we can know that in our bones and our being,

We can know that life isn't being done to us,

That we're not victims of life,

But that we can be choice-makers,

I.

E.

Have empowerment in our engagement with life.

And yeah,

Does that mean that shitty things don't happen?

No,

Absolutely,

The things outside of us do happen,

Horrible things happen,

And impact us horribly.

There's a lot of trauma that we experience,

And when we can be in right relationship with our place within creation,

Then we have some choice,

I.

E.

Empowerment,

With how to respond to the things that we cannot choose,

The things that we cannot control,

The happenings outside of ourselves that we don't have control or choice with.

So we learn our place within,

We learn how to connect our attention accordingly,

We learn how to be co-regulated within co-creation,

We learn that we are a part of something bigger than a small self,

Wider and deeper than a small victimized self,

Doesn't ignore that aspect,

But we're also beyond or more than that,

And then we have transmuted our culture,

Our dominant culture of oppression and coercion and denial,

We've transmuted that,

We've moved beyond that,

We've moved beyond a disempowering culture into an empowered participant within creation.

That revs me up,

That's my joy,

That's my passion,

That's what I'm here for,

I think that's what we're here for,

To remember this,

Together.
