As we settle into the guided meditation practice,

Take some time to find yourself somewhere that is comfortable and feel safe to you.

You can sit or you can lie down in whatever position feels comfortable for you in this stage of your pregnancy.

And as you close down your eyes now,

I want you to place one hand over your heart and one hand on your womb space.

And bring your attention to the energetic cord between your heart and your baby.

It represents the bond that will remain for the rest of both of your lives and your womb.

And take a moment now to visualize this cord and what does it look like?

Is there a color you see?

Just trusting whatever it is that's there.

And spend some time now simply noticing and feeling into the connection that you and your baby share.

And in a moment we will get started on some affirmations and after each affirmation I want you to take some time to repeat the words to yourself before we move on to the next.

My baby knows and feels my love.

Even when I feel overwhelming emotions,

My baby is protected.

I trust in my body's ability to safely house and grow this baby.

When I feel fear,

I know that behind this is the love for my baby.

My baby is safe.

I am safe.

When negative thoughts or feelings arise,

I accept them and I let them go.

My womb is happy and healthy.

When I feel anxious,

I lean into knowing that this is a normal part of caring so deeply for my baby.

My body knows exactly what it is doing.

I am so grateful to be on this journey with my baby.

Returning to the visualization of the energetic cord between you and your baby now and sharing any final messages or feelings that you wish to give to them.

Reconnecting with your breath,

Breathing out fear,

Anxiety,

Sadness.

Breathing in love,

Protection,

Trust and gratitude.

I enjoyed the meditation a lot, it offered me a calming and soothing moment and connection with my baby. Thank you so much. The only little remark I would make is that the ending feels a bit abrupt, it would have been great for transitioning back to let the music fade out.
