Welcome.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Let your body settle into support.

Let your hands rest gently wherever they naturally fall.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your breath begin to slow.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again.

Inhale calm.

Exhale tension.

Let yourself arrive here now with your breath in your body.

You are in a moment of choice.

Your mind may be asking,

Should I keep going?

Is it okay to stop?

Will I regret ending my fast now?

Let's begin by honoring this simple truth.

You are allowed to pause.

You are allowed to choose.

This is your body.

This is your journey.

Now gently place one hand on your belly.

Feel the natural rise and fall of your breath.

Notice your body speaking.

Not in words,

But in sensation.

In this stillness,

Ask yourself softly,

What do I feel right now physically?

What do I feel emotionally?

What am I truly needing?

Pause here.

Take a few breaths to listen.

Without rushing.

Without judging.

Sometimes the desire to end a fast comes from habits or discomfort or even just a little quiet pool of familiar routines.

And sometimes it's your body's wisdom saying,

Thank you,

I've received what I needed.

The power is in listening,

Not reacting.

You are not breaking your fast.

You are choosing with awareness.

This is not giving up.

This is tuning in.

Let go of the belief that longer is better always.

Let go of any shame that tries to sneak in.

There is no perfect fast.

There is only this fast.

This moment.

This breath.

If this resonates for you,

Silently repeat after me.

I trust myself to know when it's time.

I choose with love,

Not fear.

I listen to my body without judgment.

My progress is not erased.

It is honored.

Feel those words settling into you.

You are building self-trust,

Not chasing perfection.

Now gently imagine yourself continuing your fast with ease or ending it with grace and calm presence.

In either vision,

You are centered.

In either choice,

You are honoring your body.

You are not weak.

You are wise.

You are not falling.

You are flowing.

Take one more slow grounding breath in.

And a long release breath out.

Begin to bring gentle movement into your fingers and toes.

Feel your body awake,

Supported by the earth beneath you.

When you are ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Back to the room.

Carry this clarity,

This confidence,

And this deep trust into the rest of your day or the rest of your fast.

Knowing you are doing this with mindfulness.

And that makes all the difference.

I thank you with light and gratitude for listening to this meditation today.

I'll see you tomorrow.
