
How To Maintain High Vibration States

In this talk, I answer a viewer's questions on how to maintain high vibration states, while minimizing the influence of low vibration/energy environments. I also explain how to increase your personal vibration so you increase your baseline frequency.

Hey,
This is Ish,
And in today's talk I'm going to be going over how to set and maintain high vibrational states.
So I had a viewer who asked a question about how to maintain their high vibration state.
So the example given is that they would go to very positive and uplifting environments and they'll notice their mood go up.
But the problem is once they leave that particular area,
They'll notice their high vibrational state will tend to drop.
And then likewise,
When they go to very low energy places,
They'll notice a decrease in their mood and they feel very agitated and sad and all that as well,
And those accompanying emotions.
And they wanted to know how to maintain the high vibrational states while reducing the impact and being influenced by the negative environments.
So basically maintaining that state of positivity.
And this is actually a very common question.
So this is something you will notice quite a bit.
So people will go to extended meditation retreats where they improve their vibrational state and they feel very happy and positive or they'll see a sunset and for a brief moment they feel awe and all these very positive emotions.
Or perhaps they go on vacation and they feel very great afterwards.
But the problem is that once these experiences wear off,
They lose their ability to maintain that high vibration state.
So this is actually very common,
Something that's asked a lot.
And I'm going to provide some solutions on how to,
Number one,
Increase your vibration and number two,
How to actually maintain it.
And you're not affected by the moods and feelings of other people and all that as well.
So you're able to maintain that high vibration state.
So the first solution is to increase and maintain your personal vibration set point.
So everyone has a certain set point of their personal vibration and how they carry themselves,
How they interact with the world and how they view the world and themselves around them.
And so far I've thrown a lot of words like frequency and energy and this may seem a bit woo-woo,
But basically you can look into nature and look into the environment and notice that energy is all around us.
So we have different frequencies that we talk about and these are just rates in which the energy moves.
So for example,
A radio wave moves at a very slow frequency while an x-ray moves at a very fast frequency.
And they're both energy but they move at different rates.
So likewise when you look at the human emotion scale and how people operate,
You can actually tend to see that people have different levels or frequencies of how they operate.
And when you're coming from a very low place,
So the energy is very low,
This is what we call low frequency,
This is where the energy feels very dense,
Everything seems very serious and real and there's always a struggle and craving associated with it.
And likewise as you improve your overall being and your personal vibration,
Things will tend to feel a bit lighter because energy is moving faster.
And this is where you have access to more positive states,
Everything feels very light and life seems to go on with ease rather than struggle,
Which is characteristics of the lower states.
And this is not a new concept or anything,
So a lot of different spiritual disciplines and traditions and perspectives talk about this.
So for example,
If you look into yoga,
We have the three energies such as tamas,
Which is very heavy energy,
Then you have rajas,
Which is the energetic uplifting kind of energy,
And then you have sattvic energy,
Which is very light and clairvoyant.
And likewise there's other models of understanding this,
You have David Hawkins' scale of energy,
And then one model I really like is Fredrick Dodson's levels of energy scale.
So he has a book out called Levels of Energy where he describes a system and the system of human emotions,
And he divides this up into different categories.
So you have like lower energies,
Middle energies,
And then high energies.
And then within that,
He assigns different emotions and feelings as a certain number.
So you'll notice that if you're within a certain vicinity of these particular numbers,
You will have different viewpoints compared to someone else.
So you're experiencing reality completely different.
So where am I going with this?
So if you can understand the scale of emotions and where you're currently at,
Then you can start to see in a very practical way what you can improve on and what you can do to improve your personal vibration by understanding where you're at and where you need to be.
So for example,
If you're constantly experiencing anger,
This would be a level 160 emotion according to this model.
And because you're in a level 160 place of being,
You're able to access the levels of 190 very easily and 190 is pride,
Or you'll probably experience a craving a lot easier because that's 120,
But it'll be very hard for you to experience joy,
Which is level 475.
So you can see that the difference between 170 and 190 is a lot different from 400s.
So it's a completely different level,
Which is like it may seem out of reach.
So you might see this quite often,
Practically speaking,
If you see these prison shows like 60 Days In where a lot of people in prison are experiencing a lot of low vibration behaviors.
So it's very common for people to experience anger and superiority over other people and trying to be the best or having different cravings or even boredom,
Which is level 200 because they're operating from the high like 100s.
So these natural behaviors will be very easy for them to access.
Likewise,
If someone is in a place of being very joyous,
Like level 475,
Well,
It'd be very easy for them to access a level 505,
Which is creativity and imagination.
And it'd be pretty hard for them to sink to something like hopelessness and depression,
Which is like level 50.
So you can see how if you're within that kind of scale,
You can see what ranges of behaviors and perspectives you can habitually access and what you need to improve on.
So some practical ways to do this is to see where you're at and then see what the next level above you is and then try to emulate that.
So for example,
If on a daily basis you experience boredom,
Which is level 200,
The next step up from that is experiencing interest and courage and putting your interest out there and trying new things and breaking out of your routines.
So that's actually a very practical thing to do compared to trying to shoot for bliss or joy,
Which is like up there.
So you're taking these steps next level up.
And the reason why we do this compared to like shooting like way high to like level 700 or something like way higher is because,
Like I mentioned,
You may experience those high vibration states,
But then they don't last for a while and then you get frustrated.
So you're like,
Oh,
I'm doing all this effort and I'm not experiencing any kind of bliss or joy.
Why is that?
Well,
That's because it does take some time for you to climb up and then experience those states.
So this is also common in like spirituality as well,
Where they say like,
Sure enlightenment is very easy or experiencing divide is very easy,
But there's a lot of concentration that had to be there in the first place before you experience that ease.
So it's kind of like the same kind of mentality where in order to reach a place of being very blissful where everything's easy,
You might need to,
If you're coming from a very low down place,
You might need to start working on the tangibles and then climb yourself back up.
And of course,
This doesn't mean that you shouldn't do any high vibrational practices or anything like that,
Because even a couple of years ago when I was in a different head space and I had things like cravings and being very bored or being like just angry at life or these different emotions,
Which are more in the lower energy levels,
I still maintained a meditation practice.
Obviously,
I didn't experience all like those blissful things that a lot of people said you'd experience through meditation at the time,
Because obviously there's a discrepancy between where I was and the vibrational state of meditation.
But eventually over the years,
It kind of caught up and the gap between the two has started to distance.
And now I'm actually able to experience those qualities.
So it's always good to take on those high vibration states and kind of work your way up.
And you won't beat yourself up if you're not in a Buddha overnight or anything.
The second solution is to cultivate your life so you're surrounded by high vibrations.
So what does that mean?
Well,
This means that there are different choices you can make to make your surroundings more uplifting.
So if you're in a room and it has like super bright LED lights,
You can probably replace it with a softer light and that'll improve the vibration of the lights in the room.
Maybe you can add a plant or a artwork,
Piece of artwork that's very pleasing to look at.
So all these like minor tweaks you can do will actually improve your mood.
You don't realize it right away,
But you just notice like there's something different and you feel a bit more peaceful.
You can't really explain it,
But those small shifts will actually add up over time.
And then you can also consciously choose the kind of TV you watch if you do,
Or what you look at on the internet and where you go out to on the weekends.
So these are all conscious decisions you can make.
You ideally want to steer towards things that are positive and uplifting and then limit those negative influences.
Because once you hang out in like a negative environment and let's just say there's a lot of fighting and drama,
Then maybe because of that you make other friends that are also into that.
And then you go to other areas where there's a lot of violence or,
You know,
And then you can tend to get dragged into like a negative spiral.
Likewise if you go to like a very positive place,
You might meet more positive people.
They might invite you to other like high vibration places to hang out in.
So then you start to notice your life going upwards and that kind of upward spiral.
So what you want to do is use your attention to align to high vibration things.
This is a conscious choice you can do.
So today you can actually make an audit and like look at your life,
Look at the negative things you look at just in general every day,
And then look at the positive things.
And what you want to do is limit the negative.
Ideally you want to replace all the negative aspects with something that's positive by starting a new habit,
By replacing something positive you can like do or experience.
And ideally you want to shift everything to the positive and then reduce all the negatives.
And yes,
There is a point where you won't be affected by negative things around you.
Like you can look at Mother Teresa,
Like she was a very high vibration person and you could see like she was emanating all that and she would go to these very low vibration places like the slums and really like rundown places,
A lot of disease and crime and her personal mood wasn't affected at all.
Well yeah,
That's because she was like a very high vibration person.
But if you're not that right now,
Then what you ideally want to do is increase your vibration,
Get to the point where you're not affected by other things around you.
So just something to keep in mind.
And now the third solution is actually more of a question.
And this is actually when I ask you,
Do you really want to experience very high vibrational states?
And you may be thinking,
Oh yeah,
Of course I do.
Well,
There's actually some downsides to that if you experience it very suddenly.
So a lot of people will do things like Kundalini yoga practices or perhaps they have a sudden awakening through various methods like drugs or whatever the case is.
And they'll just shoot up and experience those like high vibration states.
And what's actually interesting is like their body and nervous system isn't like used to it because it's come from more of an artificial kind of thing or a happenstance rather than building up slowly.
And what tends to happen is they can't handle that high energy.
So they freak out or they have like these panic attacks.
So if you experience like high vibration states like way too fast and you jump the gun,
You may not be ready to handle all those things that come with it.
And the second point is that once you get to a very high vibrational state,
Like super blissful,
What tends to happen is that you'll actually lose interest in your daily activities and things that aren't very high vibrational states.
Because like I mentioned,
Your vicinity of what you're accessing is much higher.
And most of humanity is mid to low levels.
So if you're super high up,
You're kind of like on a mountaintop where you don't relate to people in the middle realms of being.
Some classic examples of this is if you notice like the Dalai Lama,
For example,
Who's like a very high vibrational person,
You notice that a lot of his people that will come to his audience,
Like his talks,
Will ask him a question and they'll be like,
I'm suffering,
I'm in pain,
What can I do?
And the Dalai Lama will kind of look at them like he doesn't even understand the concept of suffering because it's been so long since he's experienced some deep pain.
He definitely did earlier in his life,
But it's been a while,
Right?
And he's had this long meditation practice since then and he's in a different headspace.
So yeah,
Sure,
He kind of provide these solutions,
But they aren't very specific and the people like listening to him like,
Okay,
This is cool,
But they just aren't able to relate to his message because he's gone so high up in his vibration that he just doesn't experience any level of suffering or pain that his audience does.
So he's a bit unrelatable to others.
And likewise,
If you're like super blissful from like a meditation retreat or for whatever the reason and your positive vibration is super high,
You probably have no interest to work on your business or like you just do some menial tasks like do your taxes because why would you care?
It's like work,
Right?
And it's like not joyous and like liberating work.
It's more like this day to day mundane activities.
So this is why I say do also be careful at the same time and really ask yourself why you want to raise your vibration.
If it is to experience harmony and like good relationships and a better life,
This can also be done very slowly,
But it doesn't need to be rushed is what I'm trying to say.
Because if you do experience that for whatever reason,
Like very high vibrational states all of a sudden,
You'll tend not to,
Number one,
Your body might freak out and you'll be like,
Oh,
What is this?
And second is you might find that you are less relatable to other people.
So there are some downsides that do come with that.
But anyways,
I hope this helps.
And again,
From the recap of these points of how to raise your vibration and maintain it,
The first is you can take some very practical steps on raising your personal vibration by understanding where you're at in a certain scale.
So I use Fred Dotz in scales,
But you can use anyone else's and then see what actionable steps you can do to increase it by taking on the level that's one or two steps above wherever you're at.
So you can work on it in a tangible way.
The second point is to cultivate your life so you have high vibration surroundings.
Because once you're at a point where you're super high vibrations and you aren't affected by things,
That's great.
So until you're at that point,
Work on improving your state.
And then from there,
You can start to switch over.
And then the last thing would be to take your time and work an easy way to raise your vibration over time.
You never want to brush the process or short circuit the process by doing drugs or any other methods of raising vibrations super high.
Because inevitably,
There's going to be a crash.
You're also not going to be able to maintain that over time.
And also,
You might find that your body and nervous system is not ready for that just yet.
And if you go through a process where you're gradually learning and growing at a slower rate,
You're able to handle the consequences of having higher vibrations too and something that you can assimilate in your being.
So I hope this helps.
