Welcome to this meditation about stress release.

If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed and need a little break,

Then this is your opportunity to get this break.

I'm so proud of you for allowing yourself to take some new time,

To practice some self-care and to make sure that you feel nice and relaxed and present after this meditation.

Make sure you feel as relaxed as possible.

Stay somewhere where you can't be disturbed and lay down in a comfortable position either lying down or on a chair.

Take a deep breath in to your nose and out.

Inhale relaxation and exhale all the stress.

Inhale energy and exhale everything that you don't need anymore.

Inhale calm and exhale everything that you need to let go of.

Notice how your body slowly starts to relax.

Notice how your body becomes more and more at ease.

Focus on your hands,

A relaxed up.

Focus on your feet,

A relaxed down.

Notice how your body feels in connection to the earth.

How you get more and more grounded.

Every single breath affects all the parts of your body and your face.

We are affirming some affirmations that will aid you in your stress relief.

Making you feel more calm,

More present and more relaxed.

Giving you the confidence that you can take on this day or the remaining of this day as best as you can.

You can either listen to them or repeat them after I say them.

You can also just focus on your breath and subconsciously let these affirmations enter your mind.

I cannot focus on things I cannot control.

I have the power to make positive changes in my life.

I choose to fight small moments of peace today.

I am capable of getting through tough times.

I am strong and resilient.

I am doing my very best.

I choose to take breaks and focus on self-care today.

I am worthy of good things and I welcome them into my life.

You've rearranged your mindset and become more calm and relaxed and let go of things that don't serve you anymore.

I encourage you to meditate some more on this.

To give yourself the opportunity to pass by the thoughts that are coming up.

Notice everything that comes up with a gentle mind and a gentle look at all these thoughts.

You can either do this by focusing on your breath,

Taking deep breaths as you go,

Or you can use a mantra.

You can choose your own mantra or you can choose the following mantra.

I'm calm and present and I make choices aligned with my heart.

I am calm and present and I make choices aligned with my heart.

I am calm and present and I make choices aligned with my heart.

Take a deep breath in and out as you slowly come back to the present.

Place a beautiful smile on your face and notice how much more relaxed you are.

Confident that you can make powerful decisions today.

Heart space.

You're just doing your very best.

Thank you so much for meditating with me.

Take good care of yourself and as always namaste.
