Start your morning full of gratefulness. In this meditation, you will go through all the things that you're currently grateful for combined with affirmations and anchoring of gratefulness for long-lasting results. Good morning and welcome to this morning gratitude meditation.

My name is Joyce and I'll be guiding you today.

First I would like to invite you to take a comfortable seat or lie down on your bed or on the floor.

Once you are positioned well and you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Take two more deep breaths in,

Into the nose,

Out to the mouth,

In through the nose and out to the mouth.

As you are sitting and lying here,

Put the corners of your mouth up so that you are smiling and say to yourself,

Thank you for this new day.

Thank you for this opportunity to live the life that I choose to live.

Thank you for giving me all these choices so I can live the life that I deserve.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And begin with setting an intention for today.

What would you like to accomplish today?

Maybe you want to have more energy.

Maybe you want to stick to your healthy habits.

Maybe you want to see things with love.

Maybe it's just being present and see what is.

Whatever your intention is,

Trust that it's the right one.

And again,

Say thank you for this attention.

Thank you for this attention.

Gratefulness is a beautiful thing and has amazing effects on your well-being and state of mind.

So let's see what you are grateful for right now.

Tune into your body and see and feel what you are grateful for there.

Maybe it's your feet that help you to move each and every day.

Maybe it's your lungs that help you breathe and stay alive.

Maybe it's your heart that beats,

That makes you feel loved.

Maybe it's your arms that make you able to hug somebody else.

Or maybe it's your head for making great decisions for yourself.

Your smile,

Your eyes,

Your legs,

Your tummy,

Your body.

Your smile,

Your eyes,

Your legs,

Your tummy,

Your nose.

Thank you for being there.

Thank you for making me as I am.

I am so grateful for my body and what it does to me.

I am so grateful for each and every day that I am in this body.

Thank you.

Give yourself a few moments to experience what else you are grateful for for your body.

What are you grateful for when it comes to your personality?

What do you really love about yourself?

Is it the way that you are always so helpful with others,

That you are caring,

That you are really good at your job,

That you are able to be present,

That you are able to look really well after yourself,

That you are sweet and kind,

Smart and thoughtful?

Thank you for being the person that I am.

Thank you that I am always willing to grow and become the best version of me.

Thank you.

Now let's look at the people in your life.

Which people currently are you most grateful for?

Name them.

Smile.

Say thank you and send them love.

Really feel the gratefulness for them in your body.

Also ask yourself why are you so grateful for them?

And again,

Say thank you and feel the gratefulness in your body.

Feel it increase.

Feel the gratefulness in your body become bigger and bigger and bigger.

And your smile brighter and brighter and brighter.

Think about all the people in your life that you are currently grateful for today.

What things are you grateful for?

What do you have in your life that just gives you eternal bliss?

That makes you smile every time you think of it or when you see it.

What are those things?

It can be as simple as the ability to have a shower in the morning,

A warm hot tub,

A hot shower,

A hot shower.

Your favorite shoes that will get you to work each day.

Your favorite piece of clothing that will get you to work each day.

Your warm hot shower.

The comfort of your home.

Your favorite shoes that will get you to work each day.

Your favorite piece of clothing.

Your garden.

And even the sun in the neighborhood.

You've all got that.

You've got so much in your life to be grateful for.

You have so much.

You feel so,

So thankful.

So happy that you get to have this.

Express your gratitude toward these things and say thank you.

And what have been moments and experiences in the last 24 hours that you have been extremely grateful for?

Was it a dog that came along to you?

Was it a dog that came along to you?

Was it a dog that you were grateful for?

Was it a dog that came up to you and wanted a cuddle from you?

Was it that beach walk that you did?

Was it that coffee that you bought at the cafe that was a treat for you?

Was it a good conversation with a friend who spontaneously called you?

Was it that favorite song that came on the radio that made you sing and dance along?

What were your favorite moments that you are extremely grateful for?

Remember how those moments were for you.

Take a moment to stand still and really feel and relive those moments.

How good they made you feel.

How happy you were and how grateful you are to just have lived those moments and now again.

Say thank you for each and every moment.

And with every moment know that you are abundant in gratefulness.

That you are able to experience so much gratefulness in your life today and in the following days.

You are so blessed.

You can feel the gratefulness in your body anytime that you desire.

Just think back to these moments.

Put a smile on your face.

Say thank you and feel the gratefulness emerge in your body from your heart all through your body from head to toe.

You're rising and shining in gratefulness.

You can feel it and nobody's taking that away from you.

Put the biggest smile on your face that you have.

Hold on to this feeling of gratefulness.

Hold it as long as you can and know that you can always return back to this whenever you need to throughout the day.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out through your mouth.

Feeling of relaxation and happiness.

And to make sure that you live and breathe gratefulness and to receive the best benefits for your well-being and health.

I recommend you doing this meditation every day for the next three weeks.

In your state of mind,

In your happiness and the overall well-being of your life.
