This guided meditation brings love to those parts of yourself that you want to change. When you love and accept all the parts of yourselves, those parts that self-sabotage and hold you back begin to feel heard. You learn the purpose and intention behind them. That is when the real change happens! Build self-compassion by holding all parts of yourself in love and acceptance. Enjoy the heart-based crystal singing bowl in the background, taking you deeper into self-love and compassion.

Close your eyes and relax,

Taking a few deep breaths,

Allowing your exhales to be twice as long as your inhale.

Good.

Just settling in and noticing how your body feels against the surface you're on,

Knowing there's nothing you need to do or be or change.

That's right.

Now imagine that all of the air around you is full of life energy,

Full of that universal source energy of light,

Love and healing.

And as you take that breath in,

You're breathing in all of that source energy,

That rejuvenating,

Restorative life energy.

Taking that in with each inhale.

And as you exhale,

It flows through the body,

Throughout your body,

Trusting your body to take it in just where it's needed most.

Perfect.

And allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper with each restorative breath of that loving healing light energy.

And as you continue to relax more and more now,

Imagine that in your heart center is an open space.

And that open space is as large as the universe.

It's vast and endless.

This spaciousness all lives within your heart,

This great open space.

The space that is so large it can accept anything.

It has room for everything.

Maybe you'd like to bring to mind now something about yourself that you want to change,

You've been trying to change,

Or just something that you have a difficult time accepting about yourself.

And imagine now that you bring the energy of that part of yourself,

That part that you've been wanting to change,

Bring it into that vast spacious heart center,

Into that place of love and acceptance.

You don't even need to focus on that right now.

Just simply imagine that you're bringing that part of yourself into your heart space in whatever way you imagine that to happen.

And as you continue to breathe in that loving,

Accepting lightness of universal energy,

Source energy that's in the air all around you,

You bring that into your heart space where it surrounds that part of you.

Bathing that part of you in light and love and acceptance.

That vast spaciousness that has room for all things,

Acceptance for all things,

And love for all things.

And as you hold that in your heart space,

Breathing in that light,

Love,

And universal acceptance,

Tell that part of you,

I'm here for you.

I understand you.

I accept you.

And I give you a voice.

And if you like,

Maybe you can ask that part of you to use that voice to tell you something,

Something about what it's been trying to do,

Something about its intention for you.

And sit quietly now and listen for that message.

Namaste.

Good.

Whether you got a message or not,

Offer your gratitude and thanks to that part of yourself knowing that the intention it holds is probably misguided but still has your best interest in mind.

Holding that part of you in the spaciousness of your heart with love and gratitude and acceptance.

Letting that part know that it has a voice and that you've been listening now,

That you'll continue listening.

And bathing that part of you in that loving universal source energy,

Breathing that ride into the heart space and bathing that part of you in light,

Love and acceptance.

Knowing that change happens when all parts of our self are on board,

When all parts of our self have been heard and understood and accepted.

When you can come back to this place and hold any and all parts of yourself that need help,

Love and acceptance.

Even those parts of yourself you might be trying to change,

You will respond better with gentle loving kindness and they will by force.

And so thanking this part of yourself for being here and having good intentions,

Bathing it with love and acceptance,

Knowing that you will continue listening to its voice,

Knowing that it doesn't have to try so hard anymore now that you're listening and that you will continue to hold it in love and acceptance.

And bringing that forward into your day,

That sense of love and acceptance and gratitude for all parts of yourself.

Coming back into the here and now,

Into the present moment,

Bringing all that love and acceptance for your whole self back up with you into the here and now as you move forward,

Feeling whole,

Feeling loved and feeling accepted.
