Begin to settle into your space.

Close your eyes if you desire and focus on your breath.

Draw attention to the ways in which your breath supports you.

This automatic response that keeps you alive.

Notice your inhales of birth and your exhales of death,

Your inhale of renewal,

Your exhale of release.

Feel the draw in of fresh life force as you inhale.

Feel how the air tickles and releases at your nostrils as you exhale.

We are all on this journey of life as individuals.

You are an autonomous being doing this work.

At times this can feel daunting and perhaps you remember that you have your support system that holds you.

Feel into what it's like to be held by the support of the world,

The support of your immediate community,

The warmth,

The comfort,

And the embrace of those you know.

The healing hugs of the ones you don't know intimately but feel an energetic pull towards.

But what of the moments of no support?

When you realize your solitude even if you're wrapped up in partnerships,

Lovers,

And friendships.

The reality is that we are alone even in those moments.

We are alone in most moments in life.

No one else but you is aware of your thoughts,

Your inner workings,

And your emotional cadence.

Even when we share them with still it is heard through their lens,

Their experiences.

While they understand it perhaps and empathize with your feelings and thoughts,

The reality is that still you are alone in feeling them.

It's time to steep in the soup of your own friendship with yourself.

It's time to hold yourself,

To find the sacredness in your solitude,

To feel the warmth of your own embrace.

Place one hand on your heart,

One hand on your stomach,

Hold yourself,

Feel your heartbeat,

Feel your aliveness,

Your own magic.

Say these words aloud to yourself.

I love you.

I see the hard work that I am doing.

I am amazing.

Time and time again,

I show up despite the daunting task at hand.

I know my pain,

Struggles,

And my big breakthroughs.

I am a sight to behold.

Again and again and again,

I rise up stronger than before.

I am a light worker.

I am a healer.

I am a mover and a shaker.

Damn,

Do I look good doing all that I do.

I am safe to feel all of the feelings.

I am enough.

I am worthy of all that I desire.

I've got me.

I'm doing such an amazing job.

I love you.

Take a moment and feel your own magic.

Witness your beauty,

All that you are.

Your strength is always available.

You are stronger than you know,

More capable than you can imagine.
