
I've Tried Everything. Why Am I Still Struggling

Often, I get patients who are labeled as “schizophrenic, ADD, depressed, on the spectrum, bipolar” etc. They feel they have tried everything with conventional therapy and are not getting ahead of their problems. They feel their therapist has labeled them or understand what the person is experiencing as real. You are not alone. There are alternatives and there is support out there whether you are simply stuck in life, depressed, can't move ahead. Being extra-sensory is a gift, not a flaw.

Welcome back everyone.
So today I wanted to talk to you about a couple of things that have been coming up in my healing sessions with my clients,
My patients.
And as you may know I do energy healing either remotely or in person with a lot of intuitive healing work as well as physical therapy.
And what I've been noticing is the amount of trauma that everyone is carrying inside of their bodies.
So saying if you've never had a healing session done before even if you've been through tons of therapy which most people that come to me have been through tons of therapy that has not helped them it's because their body is actually still carrying the trauma.
So how do you release that?
Well talking about it you know can help you to have coping skills.
I'm not knocking regular therapy but what I'm finding and what I'm hearing from my patients and my clients is that it can only take you so far until you actually release the physical manifestation of that trauma in your body or the energetic manifestation of that in your body.
So let's break this down scientifically for a moment.
I'll try to explain it as intelligently as I can.
So when you have stress it comes from a thought because you have a belief system about something or someone or how they're treating you or what they may do to you what they may not do to you.
When you have that thought you then have a chemical cascade of chemicals in your body that respond to your thought.
So if you have a positive thought then you may get endorphins and whatnot released in your body.
When you have a negative thought you get cortisol and stress hormones released in your body and you may remember or maybe you know are aware of the fact that cortisol causes you to have a gut.
So when you have a big belly it may not be what you're eating so much as what you're thinking.
What thoughts are you ingesting that are releasing that cortisol that's causing your belly to become large and so that's the first step of that.
So then it creates this tension in the body when you're in stress your muscles contract your muscles get tight.
This is why we get massage or why people come in for therapy physical therapy to get some manual work done as well as exercise because without the releasing of the muscle it can't really expand and contract well.
Then you get pain and you get dysfunction with your posture and the cascade continues to happen all based on your thoughts unless they've hmm unless they've had some sort of injury or accident or something.
So not only that but when your muscles start to contract then your organs start to tighten up and everything starts to become stiff and stagnant and this is where dysfunction and disease can start to occur.
Because for example the iliopsoas muscle is one of the biggest muscles that I work with in physical therapy with people because big in the sense that it affects so much in the body and the iliopsoas muscle is the first muscle that is developed when you're born like contracting muscle other than your heart but it's the first muscle that's developed when you're born but it's also the muscle that flexes and bends your hip as if you're in the fetal position.
So think about what happens when you go into trauma or fear you contract and you go into that fetal position and so that muscle tends to hold a lot of emotional stress and trauma so when I have a patient come into physical therapy and they're having back pain and knee misalignment and hip pain and all of these things that muscle attaches to the low back and comes all the way through the low back through the abdomen to the front of the inner thigh to the femur and so it can cause a lot of dysfunction but I warn people when I release that muscle like you may be crying or having a meltdown later because this muscle releases a lot of that stored up tension and trauma and emotion in that muscle.
Your cells hold cellular memory and so when you release and contract that muscle it's sort of like you know when you get a massage sometimes you feel really achy afterwards because all that tension and tightness and you know there's also like a little bit maybe of inflammation coming to the area because now your body is able to flow and send that area all the natural components of healing of muscle building tissue or muscle clearing away of stagnancy of scar tissue and so it's sending those fluids in those cells to clean up and rebuild.
So again all of this starts from your thoughts but energetically speaking so that's the physical side of it energetically speaking there's still that pattern of psychic energy in the sense of like emotional resistance vibration that you're sending out from the trauma.
So say you got into a car wreck or somebody insulted you your whole life or you were molested like even though you feel you've moved beyond those things as an adult and you've kind of accepted it and carried on with your life it's still stored in your cells it's still vibrating in your energetic field it's still being held in the spaces in between your cells in the energies of every layer of your being from your physical body from your mind patterns to the thoughts that you have in your brain that you're you know the the things that you're telling yourself all the time even though you feel you've overcome it there's this undercurrent of well I'm doing okay now because I'm stable mentally and emotionally but there's still some undercurrent of belief that states I'm not good enough or they don't really like me or I'll never succeed or whatever whatever and so it shows up in other ways maybe you're not an abusive relationship anymore but you're still not content in or happy because you're believing that you don't deserve this or that no one will ever love you the way that you deserve to be loved fully and yada yada and it goes on and on and on so what I realized so I was working with a patient who was suicidal and then when I went on my trip on my vacation recently I was working with a family and you know there was a lot of layers of like losing family members losing loved ones losing a country losing businesses you know and just it all came from from struggles and strife that we have in life and life's challenges but the stories that were created within that we're keeping that vibration active within them even though they're successful now and they're doing fine and they're healthy and all that there's still this thought pattern and energetic like it's like an energetic bubble inside their body I don't know however else to describe it that's still sitting there like a rock in their belly just waiting to be released and so how do we release that well you can meditate you can you know if you're really great at meditating you can just focus in and really tune in deeply to your body awareness and pay attention to where you're holding these things or you can receive energy healing and have someone come through and cleanse that away for you and bring your attention to that so a lot of people ask me you know what is the healing session like and how how can it help me and and so on and and basically all I'm doing is bringing your attention and awareness through my intuition of tuning into why this blockage is there and where it's coming from is bringing your attention to it and making you realize how this started for you where this started for you where this pattern of discord of dis-ease dysfunction you know negative self-talk life challenges where all that started for you and how it cascaded and became a pattern and a theme within your life and and when you have the awareness of where this started then you can start to move the energy and with what I'm doing energetically speaking is it's sort of like your your your small little your your energy is like a little stream and that little stream has a dam in it so some beavers have come along and they've built a dam in your River there and blocked you and so now you're having all this murky water that's unhealthy because it's not flowing properly and you're getting ticked off because the water quality is bad and you're like why do these stupid beavers dam at my river like this or making my water really nasty then you start blaming the beavers and getting angry at the beavers and you know just it kind of builds this perpetuation of problems and now you're drinking you know crappy water and you're not feeling so hot and you know maybe getting sick even or just feeling ill and malaise and so what I do is I'm kind of like the flood so I come in and I flood that river that stream with an overflow of energy so those blockages clear away but also in union with what you're doing just your simple awareness to it and giving it attention allows it to dissolve because otherwise when you're not when you're paying attention to it you're in a state of observation of noticing and non-resistance so when you when you recognize it then you're like oh I see what this is because otherwise what you're doing is you're in a state of contraction in your body and resistance and tightening and holding and you don't even realize you're doing it because it's so normal for you to be in that position to be in that uncomfortable body ache pain tension whatever it is that you don't even realize it's there because it's normal for you and so I come through and flood it and bring your light of your awareness to it and then help to open up the floodgates for more vibrancy and your body to be able to do what it normally is supposed to do which is heal and balance itself so what I'm getting at here though is that a lot of people are carrying so much trauma in their physical body energetically speaking and when they try to get over it through talking about it through therapy through trying all these techniques and tools of you know becoming a better person and letting things go and stuff like it sometimes just isn't enough and I tend to get people who are suicidal borderline suicidal people call them label them schizophrenic because they're very sensitive empathic beings and I'll get into that in another topic subject but it's you know it really just takes the light of your awareness of realizing how you're kind of getting in your own way you know based on your beliefs based on your thoughts please based on your cascade of pattern emotions that you've been building in a pattern over time based on something that happened in the past and so what I do is just bring you present in that moment so that you can release all of that which is blocking you so I just wanted to share that with all of you because I feel you know there's a lot of people out there that are still struggling really hard and they just can't seem to break through and I'm just here to let you know there is another way past that and I've worked with several people and doesn't have to I'm not saying you have to come see me but it's it's just really helpful to know that you're not the only one who is going through this and that there is an alternative to what it is that you're feeling so stuck with that you don't have to be stuck with that anymore you just need someone to point it out to you and give you a little boost you know so that you can clear away a lot of what is keeping you blocked up and just to circle back the patients that I were working with that were suicidal are no longer suicidal and I didn't talk them off the ledge I didn't talk them down or do anything or try to change anything except bring their full presence to what was blocked up in their body and help them release it and they just said it felt like a weight had lifted and I watched their whole energy system shift from pupils dilated to you know clenching fists and and shaking body and nervousness to just like huh well okay I feel better thanks you know like a just complete transformation you know and they're still dealing with day-to-day stuff and life challenges as we all are and you know not perfectly blissfully happy all the time but they're not you know willing to leave the planet because of it now they are just realizing that like they just need to bring their attention to it and and shift so here's a quick little exercise that you can do that might bring the light of your awareness to some of the struggles and things that you're carrying with you right now so take a moment to write down what were the stories that my father used to tell himself or stepfather whoever was raising you or what are the stories my mother used to tell herself that I've heard my whole life or siblings for that matter and then look at those stories and ask yourself am I telling myself those same stories is this the voice that's in my head that I've been taught for so long then take the time to ask yourself the question do I believe fully do I believe that I am enough and that will open doorways for you because looking back on what you've heard and listened to your whole life now you can realize that you know this has been affecting you for so long but now you have the choice to realize and to know that you are enough and just when you can accept that fact because it is a fact that you are enough we are all enough we just get into our heads or other people get into our heads that make us believe differently but you were made perfectly and you still are a perfect being and you are enough you are enough thank you again for listening feel free to like subscribe or share and
