So,

When we're becoming more in tune with our intuitive self and our energetic body,

It can often feel like opening Pandora's box.

And oftentimes,

When your curiosity is greater than your boundaries,

You can really kind of get yourself in a bind.

And sometimes it's hard to decipher what's your energy,

What somebody else's in relationship to,

You may be feeling sad and have no reason to be feeling sad,

Or you might feel stressed when you walk into a room full of people,

But it's not your stress.

You might be feeling off balance because you're feeling the waves of all the alternating currents and radiation that's passing through your body.

And so it's important that we learn how to ground,

First of all,

And then that we learn how to connect and claim our space in the light.

Whenever you feel you're doing any type of healing work on yourself or someone else,

Or just simply sensing your energetic body,

And you feel like something's not right,

Or something is not there for your highest good,

The only thing you need to do is claim your space in the light.

Because you are that light,

And that light is love.

And where there is light,

And where there is love,

Darkness,

Fear,

And shadow cannot exist.

So what does this really mean?

How do you actually claim your space in the light?

So let's say you're in a public space and you're feeling anxious,

You're around a group of people who make you feel uncomfortable.

You can simply go find a quiet space,

Whether it be a bathroom stall or a room or a closet,

If you have to.

And then just repeat to yourself,

I am the light,

I am the light,

I am the light.

And just breathe and feel that light coming into your body through the top of your head,

Down through your body and all the way down out through your feet.

And usually three times is pretty powerfully effective.

But you can just keep repeating to yourself,

I am the light,

I am the light,

I am the light,

And breathing that in,

Connecting with spirit.

Because when you start to explore and deepen into the energetic realms,

You can really attract a lot of things and a lot of energies that are not there for your highest good.

So just remember that you are the light.

So to clarify,

It's not to say that everything that's dark is bad,

But what most people would consider darkness are energies,

Entities or beings who like to manipulate and disrupt your energy flow.

The dark is actually the void,

The womb space of creation.

And the dark itself is just nothingness and emptiness.

And the light is that spark of creation.

So being that you are a human and a human body,

That you are a spark of light created being.

And so being in this body,

This is your light body in order to maintain the clarity of that light body,

It must hold and contain light frequencies to create shapes and forms to become visible to bright vibrate and be seen and to be experienced in this realm.

Darkness is simply the emptiness and destruction of all of that,

Where there is no light and there is no body.

So just to clarify once again,

The dark itself is not bad,

But there are what you would consider dark beings that may try to disrupt your light body.

And so when we claim our space in the light,

It just is like a barrier between disruptive energies and beings.

So for example,

When we do the breathing and the meditations and we bring in that golden light,

We make sure to call in the holy heavenly light because not all light beings are good either.

And so being very specific and clear that what light you're calling into your body is holy and heavenly and pure and of love.

And so we call in that light into our bodies three times,

Generally at the beginning of meditations to help anchor in and connect with that pure source of love and holiness.

And you can do that anytime,

Anywhere that you feel things are out of balance or something isn't right in your energetic field.

Or if you are doing healing work,

Again,

If you start to get into studying energy healing or chakras or Reiki or Reconnective Healing,

It's important to set an intention with what light you're connecting to and what light you're sending out.

So let me give you an example of what I mean.

So when I was taking interest in energy healing work,

I was becoming very open and my third eye was opening and I was connecting and sensing a lot more than I had before.

And when my senses opened,

I started to see more than I wanted and more than I could control.

And because my energy was wide open and curious,

I would get these really bad visitations in my sleep where I felt like I was being suffocated.

I felt like a thousand pound elephant was sitting on me and electrocuting me at the same time.

And I could feel my energy being manipulated and thrown around and I had no control over it.

I was just simply open without any boundaries.

And my teacher at one point told me to say,

I am the light and then we'll go away because when you claim your space in the light,

Darkness cannot exist.

And I said,

I can't even move my lips,

Let alone utter the sound.

I'm so paralyzed.

And she said,

All you need to do is think it.

You just think about the light and it will go away.

What if it's not of the light,

It will be gone.

And so one evening I'm laying in bed,

I feel a thousand pound elephant sitting on me,

Electrocuting me.

And I was so used to it by then,

I was just like,

Here we go again.

And then I had the idea of the memory of the thought of what my teacher had told me.

And as soon as I thought,

Oh,

She said,

And before I could even think to say,

I am the light.

The light is a feather,

Poof,

Gone.

Never to come back again.

Never did I have that feeling again.

And so when I say to you that is important that you claim your space in the light and that you connect with the light with any light work,

Energy,

Healing,

Chakra cleansing,

Whatever it is that you do,

Be very specific and claim that space in the light to become that pillar of light and surround yourself with that light.

Call in that holy heavenly light to surround you with any work that you do.

And then it be aligned with love and purity and keep your inner space clean so that when you are in public and you are around other people,

You don't sense and feel and pick up on their energies and their darkness and their disruptions and dysfunctions in their energetic field that they don't even phase you or penetrate you at all.

You're like it just passes by you and it doesn't stick to you because you have boundaries of light that surround you.

Now in hindsight and many years experience later,

I would advise that there really is no good or bad in light or dark.

It's really just about the energy and the intention that you put behind that because dark in itself is not bad and light is not necessarily great all the time.

So it's really about the emotion,

The intention and the meaning behind when you say I am the light that you know that you're connecting with the holy,

Pure,

Heavenly,

True light of love.

So I hope that you can use this information to help kind of lighten your spirit and lighten your stress and just take a moment to say and ask.

I ask to remove any energies,

Entities or beings that are not here from my highest good and I bring and connect the holy,

Heavenly light through the top of my head down through the center of my body and all around me in a beautiful mirrored reflective light bubble in all directions on all layers and levels of my being.

And just feel and release all that is not there for your highest good and then invite all of your light energy back to you now that you've given away willingly or unwillingly and just receive an anchor in that whole light body self that is you and be radiant.
