So as usual,

Let's just start by three by taking three deep breaths inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

So inhaling deeply here filling up the lungs completely and exhaling through the mouth audible sigh very good inhaling through the nose here and exhaling with an audible sigh last deep breath here inhaling really filling up those lungs deepest breath you've taken today and exhaling letting it all go amazing go ahead and flutter those eyes closed allow your lips to seal and just noticing how the breath feels traveling in through the nostrils and out of the nostrils taking this moment here to simply drop into this current moment to tune in to the messages to the signs that your inner world is telling you as well as your external world scan your environment notice any sounds any sensations you might feel perhaps you're outdoors with the rustling of the leaves or cool breeze on your face or maybe you're inside in a crowded office building wherever you are just take a moment to acknowledge your current truth your current reality as well as the reality that lives inside of your physical body are there any pains aches tension or conversely any relaxation you might be experiencing how are you seated or standing or walking what kind of chatter is emerging within your mind in this moment and not necessarily grasping on to these thoughts simply just noticing them allowing yourself to see them as they are and not attempting to identify with them or hold on too tight simply using our breath to let it all go maybe here we see how our breaths can elongate even further traveling in through the nostrils down down into the belly first then the ribs then high up into the chest and exhaling reversing that order chest ribs belly how does it feel to take a deep breath really nourishing our bodies our minds our souls then harnessing the power of that to let it all go the exhale starting to melt from the crown of your head down into the root down into your feet feeling completely and utterly relaxed between your eyebrows your jaws unclenching we hold a lot of tension down in our chest and our shoulders allowing that to simply roll up and down the spine letting it all go feeling ever more relaxed ever more present as this feeling of melting continues down into the palm of our hands where we might be grounded with our palms facing down or receiving with our palms facing upwards whatever you choose allow yourself to be fully immersed into this moment continuing on that relaxing wave down into your belly into your seat and your legs and all the way down into your feet or into the earth beneath you with every breath we take allowing the inhalations to elongate even further with every exhale letting go of any thoughts any worries any fears any anxieties that we might have becoming so grounded so rooted so present in this moment that the awareness of our surroundings begin to fall away now as you inhale and expand the lungs you begin to feel much more lights much more free maybe as this lightness continues to expand due to our immense relaxation envision yourself begin to float slowly at first maybe just touching off the ground maybe your whole seat comes off maybe you have one foot one toe on the ground you begin to fly up and away from wherever you are feel and tune into the sensation of lightness as you notice everything around you start to shrink is it your office space is it the park bench is it your home is it the people around you the cars slowly you begin to drift away as you drift we use our breath to guide us to allow us to continue on this path and much like the items that are floating away from you allow your worries and anxieties and thoughts to float away as well perhaps you notice how rivers and lakes turn into oceans how plants and shrubs turn into trees everything just falling away perhaps you've floated so far that now you see the whole world in its hues of blues and greens the clouds form the most beautiful atmosphere protective layer around the planet we call home you notice as you continue to float you might be passing other planets in our solar system and you can stop there and just admire the earth from that distance or if you want to continue maybe float near the sun this giant ball of heat and gas that warms us to our core simply feeling so light that if we wish we could flow all the way out of the milky way galaxy into a space that is only ours that might be filled with darkness or lightness whatever you choose just knowing that this is a safe space where you can feel supported where you can feel at home the most yourself filled with kindness and love and all the power of the universe inhaling deeply here exhaling letting it all go now that we are in our safe space that we've created take a moment here to just listen to just be present be receptive to whatever messages we might uncover is it meaning is it purpose or is it simply just stillness the safe space that we have all to ourselves where everything just seems so far away knowing that these messages are meant for us and only us empowering us giving us strength nourishing us cleansing us so much so that on our next exhale we begin to dive back towards the earth back into the milky way galaxy slowly at first then quicker our breath still steady moving past the sun our neighboring planets arriving back at the earth admiring her beauty her atmosphere the blue and green hues taking one more inhale here and another restful exhale together we dive back into the earth we start to notice how the land masses start to grow maybe we can make out those streams and rivers those parks the trees the shrubs the flowers the park bench the office building our home simply returning to where we began so effortlessly once we've made our way back we can place our right hand on our heart our left hand on the belly taking one collective inhale here through the nose and exhaling with an audible sigh knowing that our safe space is always within us always accessible just giving ourselves 10 minutes or 15 minutes a day creates a protective barrier re-energizes us so that we can better serve others and we can better care for ourselves bring our palms to meet one another at heart center bowing our heads in gratitude the divine light in me honors and sees and loves the divine light in you namaste magic magic magic hope you guys have a blessed day thank you so much for joining me I love you so much see you next time
