To begin,
Become physically still wherever you are,
Either lying,
Seated or standing.
Choose a posture that's comfortable for you and gently allow your eyes to close.
Bring your mindful energy to whatever is going on for you right now,
Both within and without,
And honour all that is coming up for you.
Let your body dive into this feeling and give the weight of your body up to gravity as you breathe deeply.
Breathing in relaxation and breathing out any tension.
Allow your weight to sink into the points of contact between you and your body and the support beneath you.
Tune into what sensations are there right now.
If you notice any tension or conflict toward painful or unpleasant feelings,
Gently turn toward them and accept them as best you can.
If you begin to tense around the breath,
Just let go a little bit more with each out-breath,
Breathing out the tension.
Soften your energy and let go of whatever it is that's coming up for you.
Notice any thoughts as they arise and pass through the mind and then let them flow away again,
Quickly and easily.
See if you can let them come and go without being able to identify with their content.
Breathing in relaxation and breathing out any tension.
Long,
Slow,
Fluid breaths that calm and clear your energy.
Observe the thoughts as if they were clouds in the sky.
Notice any feelings and emotions as they arise.
Let them come and go.
Let them ebb and flow.
No need to hold onto anything.
Being able to let go easily.
Clearing your energy.
Creating room to breathe deep restorative breaths that heal and transform your energy.
Release everything within your awareness with gratitude.
Allow your breathing to be gentle and healing.
As you tune into the different sensations occurring in your body.
Look to the front,
The back and either side of the torso.
And note the feelings there.
Can you feel your mind within the flow and movement of each breath?
Use the breath to anchor your energy into the present.
Noting how the body breathes.
Noting each inhale and exhale.
Again and again.
Each time you notice your mind has wandered.
Gently guide the mind back to the breath.
And feel each breath resonate within your body.
Now gently expand your mind to include the whole body.
Feel the weight and shape of the body as it is positioned right now.
Tune in.
If you have any pain or discomfort,
Move the energy on in that area.
And let breath soothe and heal away all that needs to be healed.
Cultivate approval and gratitude for your life.
For who you are and what you've learned.

And soften your energy so that you may let go of whatever is coming up for you.
There's no need to hold on to anything.
