Go ahead and take a slow,

Steady breath in through your nose,

And gently out through your mouth.

Let your shoulders soften,

And your jaw loosen.

Notice the rhythm of your breath.

Not trying to change it,

But just watching it.

You've already done something brave by just being here.

Right now,

This is your time to rest,

To receive care,

To let your body and mind align and heal.

Beneath you,

The chair,

The bed,

The earth itself,

Holding you.

Imagine roots gently extending from your body downward,

Anchoring you deep to the ground.

You are safe.

With every exhale,

Let go of tension,

Any tightness,

Fear,

Or fatigue.

With every inhale,

Breathe in steadiness and warmth.

Now picture yourself.

A soft,

Golden light within your chest.

Small at first,

Like a candle flame.

As you breathe,

It grows,

Glowing brighter,

Warmer,

And spreading throughout your body.

Let it flow to the parts of you that feel weary or uncertain.

If it helps,

Imagine this light greeting the medicine,

Working with it,

Not against it.

Together,

Bringing restoration,

Renewal,

And peace.

Now say to yourself quietly,

I am more than this moment.

I am whole.

My body is working with me.

I am surrounded by care.

I am more than this moment.

I am whole.

My body is working for me.

These words are not about pretending everything is easy.

They're reminders.

You have already met challenge with courage.

Again and again.

Right now,

Courage can look like resting.

As we close,

Bring your attention back to the room.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath,

The sounds around you.

Imagine that golden light now resting gently within you.

Steady,

Patient,

And waiting.

Know that you can return to it anytime.

Between treatments,

In the quiet of the night,

Or in the brightness of the day.

Take one last deep breath in,

And release.

You are here.

You are cared for.

You are enough.
