Fear is our inner child speaking. This child needs understanding, compassion, presence, validation, and connection. Fear might show itself as stress, anxiety, anger, or physical symptoms. Our job is to invite this fear into our consciousness to receive the messages with compassion and then nurture this child to return back to love. Love is just the beginning.

Welcome to Inner Child Compassionate Fear Release.

When fear shows itself in any of its faces,

Whether it's stress,

Anxiety,

Anger,

Or any physical symptom,

We can invite our consciousness to receive the messages.

We can speak to our inner child and our subconscious and use our perception and intuition to allow the experiences of fear to pass so that we can return to love.

And what if love was just the beginning?

So sit comfortably with your spine straight and your shoulders relaxed,

Your hands on your knees,

Lowering your gaze or closing your eyes as you enter the world within.

In presence,

Allow yourself the opportunity to meet your fear.

Bring to mind a stressful thought or an uncomfortable physical symptom that brought you here today.

Notice it in your body.

Where do you feel it?

Focus on the discomfort of this thought or experience or physical sensation.

And now rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale from 1 to 10,

10 being the most intense.

Our aim today is to bring that number down.

Inhaling in through the nose,

Receiving the breath and letting go through your mouth with an audible sigh.

And now breathing in for the count of 4,

3,

2,

1.

Hold.

And now for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And again,

Receive the breath,

Inhaling in through your nose,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And hold.

And letting it go,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Now keep inhaling and exhaling with a slightly extended breath at your own natural rhythm.

And place two fingers or the palm of your hand on your heart center.

Ask slightly or out loud,

What is my fear trying to communicate to me?

Intuition is instant and precise and the answer will be brief and succinct and will make itself known to you.

You will see,

Hear,

Feel or know the answer and it will be as brief as one word,

Image,

Sound or short phrase.

What is my fear trying to communicate to me?

And now ask,

What is deeper than that?

There is a deeper layer that wants to be released.

As you have your answer,

Turn your attention now to feelings of compassion for your fear.

I want you to see it like a hurt little child that is begging for love.

Look at that child and say,

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

And imagine yourself embracing your fear of that child and be deeply compassionate to it.

And now saying,

I'm sorry that you are scared,

But thank you for telling me.

You are now supported.

I'm here to protect you and help you.

And I promise to stay and never leave you.

I love you.

You must give yourself over to this feeling of compassion with your whole being,

Of you being in presence with your child,

Your inner child.

And allow the feeling to expand,

This feeling of compassion to expand in you with this much intensity as possible.

Let this feeling of compassion keep expanding.

Let it build for around a minute and I will guide you back with my voice.

And I'll let go of the feelings of compassion and bring gratitude to this fear for communicating messages with you today.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Take a deep breath in and let it go out through your mouth.

All fear is past and only love is here.

Look around for that stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale from one to ten.

And when you find it,

Rate it again.

And slowly,

Connected to your breath,

Start coming back to your body,

Feeling your hands on your legs,

Becoming aware of where you're seated.

Taking one last deep breath in through the nose and holding at the top and releasing with an audible sigh as you gently and slowly,

At your own time,

Open your eyes.
