Welcome to this guided meditation that helps to unwind and relax after a busy day.

The intention of this meditation is to come home to yourself after a long,

Taxing or tiring day.

This meditation will help you balance your body-mind system so that you can slowly find your way back to a feeling of relaxation and inner peace.

Make sure you find yourself a quiet place where you will not be disturbed or distracted.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this meditation.

It is done.

It is enough for today.

It is time for you now.

Time to rest and recover.

First let's take a few moments to settle in.

Give your body-mind system permission to not have to do anything.

Let the world around you do without you for a while.

Soon you will participate again,

But right now it is time for you.

Finding rest and relaxation is a process.

You are a living being that always pulsates,

Vibrates and is in motion,

So switching to a calmer pace,

A slower vibration,

A lower frequency,

Takes time.

Allow yourself that time.

Everything you've experienced today is still working its way through your system.

It still resonates within.

Allow yourself to digest and organize all these different impressions,

Experiences,

Thoughts and emotions.

You are making the transition from a rhythm of doing and achieving towards resting and digesting.

Trust that the body-mind system instinctively knows exactly what to do.

Let it do her work.

Let the universe do its work.

Enjoy a few deep but easy breaths.

Each inhalation brings more calm and tranquility into you,

And with every exhalation a little bit of tension flows out of your body.

Give yourself permission to distance yourself from everything that went on today.

Remind yourself that you've done enough for today.

As of right now,

You can just be.

Allow yourself to enjoy this moment of silence and serenity.

Feel the worries of the day drift further and further away,

Like clouds on the horizon.

This time is for you to rest and digest,

Heal and recover.

Trust the rhythm of achievement and relaxation,

Action and inaction,

Productivity and tranquility,

Ebb and flow.

Take a moment to appreciate how far you've come today,

Despite all the challenges.

Invite feelings of gratitude and satisfaction.

See if something comes to mind that you can feel thankful for.

Let go of everything else.

The work is done.

It is enough for today.

You may be satisfied.

Perhaps your thoughts get pulled away towards something that didn't go well today.

Something you have doubts about,

Or even regret.

Or something that just isn't finished yet or still needs to get done.

Let go of all self-criticism and self-doubt.

You did your best.

You did what you could,

Which is by definition enough.

You did enough.

Let all the stress of the day gently melt away.

Let it float away like clouds in the sky.

With your inner voice,

You say to yourself,

I let go of all judgment and insecurity.

I let go of all expectations and uncertainty.

I release all worries and fears about the future.

All that matters now is this moment.

I allow myself to rest in the warm embrace of this current moment.

Leave all the worries of the day behind and immerse yourself into relaxation.

Feel how every breath fills you with loving energy and inner peace.

Every heartbeat allows warmth,

Restfulness,

And acceptance to flow through your body.

It connects every cell,

Every fiber,

To even the most remote parts of your body.

Feel the power of loving acceptance and relaxation flowing through your veins.

Enjoy some easy breaths while in this wonderfully relaxed state of consciousness.

Let the day melt away.

You are closer to yourself,

Closer to your natural self,

Your authentic self.

Let your attention rest for a while in the thought,

I can always come home to myself.

My feeling of calm resides deep inside and I carry it around everywhere I go.

It is now time to transition out of this meditation back to a more active state of consciousness.

If it feels right,

Start by making a few small movements.

You are slowly becoming more aware of your environment.

You can open and close your eyes a few times if you like.

When you are ready,

Gently come out of this meditation and remember your presence within.
