Welcome to this guided meditation that helps you on your journey towards more self-love.
The purpose of this meditation is to help you to engage in a more loving relationship with yourself,
And to experience feelings of self-love.
It is designed to help you approach yourself with warmth,
Love,
And compassion,
So that you can go through life with less stress and anxiety,
And with more joy,
Health,
And happiness.
Take these first few moments to settle in and connect with yourself in this moment.
Take a few deep and calm,
Nourishing breaths,
And feel what position your body would like to be in during this meditation.
Listen to your body,
And let it tell you exactly what it needs.
If you feel the need to adopt a different posture,
Or if you feel like moving around during this meditation,
Just do so.
You don't have to question it,
Or ask for permission,
Trust your body.
Be kind to yourself,
And give yourself full freedom to move.
This time is just for you.
Time for you to be who you are,
Without expectation,
Without pressure,
And without judgment.
You don't have to do anything.
All you have to do is just be.
That is enough.
Let this meditation be a place where you don't have to change anything about yourself.
No need to improve anything,
Justify,
Explain,
Or analyze.
Let this be a place where you can be yourself,
Unapologetically,
Completely,
Fully,
Exactly how you are right now.
Because that is enough.
You are enough.
Take a moment to connect with your breath.
Enjoy a few easy,
Nourishing breaths.
Notice how your body knows exactly what to do to feed you with oxygen,
How your body nourishes and cares for you with every breath.
You don't have to worry or even think about it,
Whether you do it right or not.
You just do it.
You breathe.
You exist.
You live.
If it feels good,
You can express gratitude.
Thank yourself,
Your body,
Your being,
For this innate instinct to breathe and nourish you.
You don't have to change yourself or the rhythm of your breathing in any way.
You just have to be.
That's all you need to do.
Enjoy your bath in delicious,
Nourishing,
Healing oxygen.
You can relax now.
Give all your muscles permission to relax a little bit more and let go of the tension.
The world will take care of itself.
You deserve rest.
You have worked hard enough,
Asked enough of yourself,
You can relax now.
If no one has told you today,
Let me be the first to say,
You are good enough.
You are worthy of being loved.
Just as you are,
For who you are,
You are enough.
You are pretty enough.
Intelligent enough.
Caring enough.
Nice enough.
Successful enough.
Productive enough.
Loving enough.
Giving enough.
You are good enough.
Observe what these words do to you.
These words may evoke certain thoughts or feelings within.
Maybe you feel some ease or joy,
Pleasure,
Or even happiness when you hear them.
But it may also be that you feel resistance,
That something in you rebels,
Doesn't believe it,
Doubts these words,
Or perhaps even feels sadness or fear when hearing these words.
Maybe thoughts arise of everything you've wanted to do differently lately,
Or things you regret,
Something you feel you failed at or are ashamed of.
You may feel disappointment,
Sadness,
Frustration,
Or regret for something you didn't do,
Or for something you did do but weren't happy about.
Whatever you think or feel,
It's okay.
Observe it.
Let it happen.
With acceptance and compassion.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your feelings.
You have thoughts.
You have feelings.
Let them pass through you.
We all consist of opposites.
Joy and pain.
Acceptance and judgment.
Beauty and ugliness.
Good and bad.
This is what makes us human.
It's who we are.
Our opposites are what make us whole.
One side cannot exist without the other.
They are two sides of the same coin.
Explore your opposites with curiosity and wonder.
Breathe loving acceptance through it.
Allow yourself to swing from one end of the pendulum to the other.
You're moving back and forth between your opposites.
For this is the life force moving through you and keeping you alive.
Embrace yourself in all your contradictions.
Welcome them.
Celebrate them.
Let your inner voice speak and say to yourself,
I welcome and accept myself exactly as I am in this moment.
I accept my beautiful qualities,
My talents,
The things I am proud of,
And I accept my challenges,
My flaws,
My shortcomings,
Everything I am dissatisfied with.
All this makes me me,
A complete whole person.
I am whole.
I am enough.
With your inner voice repeat after me,
I am good enough.
I am intelligent enough.
I am nice enough.
Successful enough.
Pretty enough.
Sweet enough.
Good enough.
I deserve acceptance,
Compassion,
And love.
Take a few more moments to enjoy the space and love you have just created for yourself.
Allow yourself to absorb these last moments of healing,
Loving meditation into all of your fibers and all of your cells.
Experience the feeling of being fully submerged in these feelings of acceptance and love.
Enjoy it.
See if you can remember this love for yourself in all your muscles,
All your bones,
Your cells,
The depths of your being.
Imagine that in a few moments you will be coming out of this meditation and go back into the world with a sense of wholeness,
Self-confidence,
And self-love.
Promise yourself to remind yourself every time you doubt or forget it that you are good enough.
All you have to do is to take a deep breath and say to yourself,
I am worthy.
I am enough.
Take a few more deep breaths and see if you can do so with a big smile on your face.
Enjoy the feeling of being yourself,
Absolutely perfect,
Just as you are.
If you feel that you are ready to make the transition out of this meditation,
Give yourself enough time to reorient yourself to the outside world.
Start with bringing some movement into your body.
Maybe shift your weight a little.
You may feel the need to yawn or stretch.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes a little bit.
Do whatever feels good.
Give your body plenty of time to wake up from this meditation.
This brings us to the end of this meditation.
Take as much time as you need.
Remember,
Be kind to yourself.
Love yourself.
And remember the connection you just made with yourself.
