Hello beautiful souls.
So we've been really leaning into the concept of intention and really being intentional with our words,
Our actions,
And ultimately how we show up in the world.
And as we focus in on this intention,
It's also important for us to remember that we are capable of seeing our intentions through.
And so through this sound bath,
We'll really be leaning into the third eye and crown chakra.
The crown chakra is our connection to source.
And so as we're setting intentions,
It's important for us to be connected to source,
God,
Universe,
Whatever you'd like to call it,
But a source greater than ourselves.
We also want to lean into the third eye,
Which is our seat of wisdom,
But also our seat of sight and insight,
Right?
And so as we're setting our intentions connected to source,
But also being able to visualize through our mind's eye,
How we want to set our intention and how we want to show up in the world.
And lastly,
We'll be leaning into the root chakra.
I'm a firm believer that it's hard to be intentional.
It's hard to manifest.
And ultimately it's hard to just be in this world when you don't feel safe and you don't feel grounded.
So we'll make sure that we lean into the root chakra as well.
So this will be about a 15 minute sound bath.
So I really encourage you to find whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
Maybe you're lying down,
Maybe you're taking a seat.
I mean,
Maybe you're standing up,
But do whatever feels good for you.
So as you make your way into this position,
I invite you to close your eyes if that feels safe for you,
Or maybe you keep a low gaze staring down at the tip of your nose and with your eyes closed or with a low gaze,
Just begin to notice your breath,
Beginning to notice your natural pattern of breathing,
Noticing your inhales and your exhales,
Noticing how the breath flows in and out without the need to constrict or control.
And as you continue to be intentional about your breath,
Maybe you take a moment to remind yourself that you are safe,
That you are held,
And that it's safe to be here with your body and breath.
And now maybe you bring your intention into the forefront of your mind and heart center,
Really leaning into this intention that you've set,
Maybe for this month,
Maybe for this year,
Or maybe for this day.
And as you lean into this intention,
Maybe you can bring the affirmation,
I am capable to the forefront of your mind and heart center.
I am capable.
Anything I said in my mind to I can achieve.
I choose to take the necessary steps to accomplish my goals.
I know that I have within me all that I need.
I am capable.
Breathe that in.
Exhale anything that comes against that truth and allow the sounds and vibration to seal this truth in that you are capable of seeing your intention through.
Continue to notice your breath.
Continue to lean into your intention.
Continuing to notice the breath.
Continuing to lean into your intention.
Continuing to affirm I am capable.
Maybe as you notice the sound of rain,
It takes you deeper into this practice.
It takes you deeper into your intention,
And it reminds you that you are capable.
Exhale,
Send it out.
Continuing to lean into your intention.
Keep breathing.
Keep noticing your intention.
Keep affirming that you are capable.
Capable.
Maybe placing your hands through heart center.
As you take a few more moments to lean into the truth that you are capable.
Together,
Let's take a deep inhale through the nose.
Pause with the breath at the top.
Sip in just a little bit more air.
Open mouth,
Sigh it out.
Beginning to invite in some gentle movements.
Maybe rocking in a circular motion.
Maybe wiggling through the fingers and the toes.
Just taking one more moment to affirm I am capable.
Bringing your hands into heart center one more time.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Big breath out the mouth.
The light student and teacher in me sees and honors the light student and teacher in you.
