If you don't know what your perfect day looks like, how are you going to create it? This is a short breath work, guided relaxation and visualization session that offers a portal to your perfect day. I hope you'll find clarity of thought and decision that guides you in creating a life you love.

So go ahead and close the eyes down.

Observing the natural inhalation and exhalation of the breath.

We'll do a few rounds of pranayama to ground us here in this moment.

A breathing technique where we're going to first inhale deeply through the nose into the belly,

Letting it expand like a balloon.

Another breath into the ribs,

Letting that rib cage come apart.

And one last sip of air into the upper chest and then exhaling slowly.

So go ahead and take a breath into the belly.

Another inhale into the ribs.

And one last sip of air into the upper chest,

Exhaling slowly.

Again,

Into the belly,

Into the ribs,

Into the upper chest,

Exhaling slowly.

One more time into the belly,

Into the ribs,

Into the upper chest,

And exhale,

Letting it all go,

Letting your breath return to its normal pace,

Allowing your body's intelligence to take over.

And now bringing your attention to the top of your head,

Releasing any tension here,

Relaxing and releasing the forehead,

And then releasing the body.

And then,

As you exhale,

You're going to take a breath in and out of your head.

Relaxing and releasing the forehead,

Releasing the jaw and the entire face,

Relaxing the arms all the way through to your fingertips,

Relaxing the abdomen,

The hips,

The legs,

All the way out through the bottoms of your feet.

Very good.

And now bring your attention to your skin,

The entire surface of your skin,

And then allow your attention to expand outward into the space around your body,

Into that auric field.

Very good.

Now I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in front of a beautiful doorway.

And this door could be indoors or outdoors.

It could be solid wood.

It could be in the center of a tree,

Or it could be made of fabric.

Whatever you imagine is perfect and correct.

On the other side of that doorway is a safe place,

A pleasant setting where you feel more safe than you have ever felt.

Go ahead and reach out and open that door,

Taking three steps forward into your safe place.

Three,

Two,

One.

Be there now in your safe place.

Take a moment here to just get your bearings.

Look around.

Notice the colors.

Notice the setting you're in.

The beautiful sights.

Maybe breathe in a pleasant fragrance that's in that setting.

And just notice how good it feels to be here in your safe place.

And now notice that there in your safe place,

There appears a projector screen.

This is no ordinary projector screen.

This is a magical projector screen.

Maybe it's right in front of you,

Or maybe you have to walk over to it.

You can go ahead and do that now.

Good.

Now your higher self,

Your spirit,

The divinity within you is here.

And your higher self wants to show you what your ideal day looks like.

When I count down from three to one,

Your higher self is going to project on that screen in front of you,

A live view of your ideal day.

A day in the life of your best life.

Three,

That projector turning on.

Two,

Trusting what comes.

And one,

See it there now,

Playing on the screen before you.

Your ideal day.

Good,

And as that scene starts to unfold,

Just notice where you are.

Notice who you're with.

Note what your plans are for that day.

Maybe you don't have plans.

The day just unfolds as it should.

So I'll be quiet for a little bit here,

Just take your time to watch just the highlights of this perfect day.

Good,

And starting to wrap up that perfect day.

And when you're ready,

Your higher self will pause the scene on an image of you,

Enjoying this perfect day.

And now notice that in your hand appears a journal and a pen.

On the front of the journal,

It says mental notes.

So with this journal and pen,

You're going to see that you on the screen,

Paused in front of you.

And write down in that mental note journal,

How does this you feel?

Perhaps on this perfect day,

You feel expansive,

Connected,

Alive.

Go ahead and take a moment to write down in that mental note journal,

Exactly how you feel in the unfolding of this day.

Good.

And then go ahead and take another mental note of the major themes of this day.

As you approach the day,

What did you do in the course of that day?

Good.

In just a moment,

I'll begin to count you back up to a more energized state.

With each increasing number,

You will feel ready to grab your journal and write down your experience.

One lots of energy returning to the body to feeling excited and connected.

Three wide awake for getting ready to open those eyes.

Five opening your eyes.

Give a good stretch and go ahead and press pause here on this video and write down two things in your journal.

The first is what your perfect day was like,

How it unfolded,

What you did.

And the second is the feelings that you felt.

Remember back to the mental note journal and the feelings that you wrote down there.

What feelings did you feel on this perfect day?
