Let us begin our journey.

And ride the rhythm of the wave of your breath.

Breathing in,

The abdomen rises.

Breathing out,

The abdomen falls,

Navel to spine.

Breathing in,

The abdomen rises.

Contraction gives way to relaxation.

Emotional attachments open up to trust.

And rigid hell beliefs melt into a clarity of what is to be.

So just be.

Relax on each exhalation,

Giving into gravity.

Now let's enter into our invocation and create our unified field so we can go into our experience.

I invite you now to focus in your heart center.

So I invite you now to focus in your heart and see and feel your radiant point of light in your heart center.

And there is a line of light that reaches straight down to the heart of Earth,

Mother Earth.

Connecting,

Grounding,

Rooting with her,

To her,

And from your heart center reaching straight up,

A line of light straight up to the heart of Heaven.

See that,

Feel that,

Sense that,

Know that.

And there's a horizontal line of light that reaches out right and left to all of humanity.

You sharing your essence in the world.

This is an equal armed cross.

And this equal armed cross represents fairness and justice,

Balance,

Harmony,

And right relationship in all things.

Now let's create our unified field.

Go into your heart center.

Follow your line of light out the top of your head and pause a little way above your head.

Angle your line of light into the center of our center,

Into the center of our circle.

And together we all reach straight up into the most high,

Reaching,

Using our imagination.

Up and up and up,

All the way up.

And we pause from that very high position and there's a canopy of gold and white light that falls down upon each one of you,

Enveloping you individually and collectively as a group.

And everyone out listening to this,

We're all collectively coming together,

A beautiful canopy of divine love and protection.

We lovingly invoke divine creative expression.

We lovingly invoke the Divine Mother,

The Divine Sophia,

The great ones that go before us,

That we walk with and work with each and every day.

We lovingly invoke the archangels of the four corners to surround,

Shield,

Protect,

And heal,

Guide,

And bless all of us this day and each day forth.

I ask that each one of you receive exactly what it is that you need according to the will of your souls.

And using the vertical figure eight or that limniscate.

So that you are weaving the heart with the solar plexus or mid chest with mid abdomen.

It's just a beautiful weaving of the heart and the solar plexus.

Just see it,

Sense it,

Know it.

It's weaving you,

Synthesizing you rather than you weaving it.

The limniscate elongates up to the throat and down to the sacral.

Blending the higher creative center with the lower.

The limniscate elongates to the top of the head and down to the feet.

And then it moves from the feet to the knees and the knees to the base of the spine.

So you are weaving and synthesizing base to crown.

Blending your divine will with your will to live.

And then relax your point of focus in the heart center.

And from our hearts let us come together collectively.

That we together pour forth unto our world peace and love and goodwill and solidarity.

Drop your point of focus from the heart down to the sacral,

But zip it up the front of your body and put on the big beautiful hood up over your head just indicative of just bringing your energy view close to your body.

And then I invite you to focus on your breath,

Your in breath,

To take a nice deep breath in,

To breathe in deeply and completely.

More awake and more aware,

Coming back into this space and place.

Take a breath in.

And on your third breath,

As you take your time,

I'd like you to take a nice deep breath in and reach your arms overhead as if it's your first big yawn of the day.

Reach,

Stretch,

Elongate your spine,

Big breath and exhale with your arms down at your sides.

Always being grateful for the change.

Remembering and sharing my favorite verse from the Tao Te Ching,

Verse 47,

Lao Tze says that there's no need to run outside for better seeing nor to peer from a window,

Rather abide at the center of your being.

The more you leave it,

The less you learn.

Search your heart and see if he or she is wise who takes each turn.

The way to do is to be.

So I'd like to share with all of you the Glastonbury Invocation.

You can all just repeat silently as I read verse by verse.

And imagine the equal arm cross holding the midpoint at your heart center.
