Visualization is a bit complex on here. If you're not familiar with that or haven't done some prior, it's best to find something else. Even for me the visualizations on this were too advanced for my taste but it was a nice challenge for me. I'd suggest this for someone looking for a meditation to surrender to and not focus so much on honing your skills but allowing your skills to flow as they are. Thank you.
