This 3 minutes meditation is to be used in any moment you find yourself in need of a break. May it be because you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed because you are in need of collecting yourself prior a big task or simply because you need a moment of peace. Enjoy !

Transcript

Sit back and relax.

Closing the eyes when you are ready and if it's comfortable with you.

Then allowing a few full breaths at your own rhythm.

When you are ready,

Breathing in deeply,

Maybe pausing at the top for a second or two and when you exhale,

Exhaling slowly all the air from your lungs,

Releasing any obvious tension in the mind and in the body.

Exhaling so another two times and maybe on the exhale,

Exhaling through the mouth and one more time.

And once you complete it,

Three full breaths,

Allowing your breathing to come back to its natural rhythm and allowing your attention to rest within the movement of the breath in the body.

If the mind wanders,

Invite your attention back onto your breathing,

Either in the sensation in the body or the feeling of the air coming in and out your nostril.

Nice breath.

Here and now.

Ch Flute.

And very slowly when you are ready opening the eyes.

Welcome back and enjoy the rest of your day.
