This practice is for the moments when you want to slip beneath the noise and listen for what is real.

Not with the mind,

But with the body.

With breath,

Skin,

Heart,

And intuition.

Here,

You are invited to lean into stillness,

To let your awareness open,

And feel the truth that rises from the inside.

Begin by arriving in your body.

Let yourself settle wherever you are.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Feel the weight of your body grounding into the surface beneath you.

Let your breath lengthen,

Deepen,

And soften.

Invite your attention to your feet,

Your seat,

And your spine.

Feel the quiet rhythm of your breath.

Feel the rise and fall,

Expansion.

Each breath drawing you into presence.

Sense your hips and pelvis grounded beneath you.

Bring awareness to your belly,

Softening as you breathe.

Notice your chest and the gentle rise and fall of breath.

Feel down your arms,

Upper arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Hands,

And fingers.

Bring awareness to your neck and shoulders,

And let them relax.

Invite your attention to the forehead,

The jaw.

Soften here.

Notice the crown of your head gently rising towards the open sky.

Feel your body as a whole,

From your toes to the crown of your head.

Right here.

Drop into your wholeness and breathe.

You are invited to inhabit deep listening.

Listening for what's underneath,

Underneath the sounds.

Listen to your breath.

Listen to your heartbeat.

Listen to the silence between sounds.

Listen for the space between my words.

Invite your awareness to rest in your chest.

The space of your heart as you listen and breathe.

Feel the subtle movements here.

Breathe into this space.

Listening as if your heart were whispering secrets just for you.

The language of the heart,

Its sensations,

Rhythm,

Quiet knowing.

Listen.

Listen without qualification,

Without interpretation.

Simply receive.

Now,

Widen your listening.

Feel for the sounds distant.

Feel into your body as a whole being.

Each part of you awake to listening.

Every cell aware.

Inhabit listening.

Your entire being is an instrument to what wants to emerge.

Listen to the space around you.

The space within you.

Let this deep listening guide you.

Into the spaces between thought and image.

Between knowing and not knowing.

Within this wide,

Expansive listening,

Feel for what is true.

Listen for what is true.

Drop deeper and deeper into listening.

When you're ready to return,

Take one more slow breath.

Let what you've heard or sensed settle into your body.

Take a moment of deep gratitude for whatever you've received.

Deep gratitude for your heart,

For your body,

And for yourself.

For taking this time to listen deeply to your soul.

When you open your eyes,

Bring this depth of listening with you.

Into your life.

Into your relationships.

Into your presence.

Into your day.

My name is Lea Faye,

And it has been a true honor to guide your practice today.

Thank you so much for taking this time to listen and breathe.

Namaste.
