And as we come to our solar plexus chakra,
The third one,
It's located just above the navel and just below the chest,
Right where the stomach area is.
Find that area and notice it.
The colour of this chakra is yellow.
And a bright yellow sun beaming from the front and back body.
The element of this chakra is fire.
The function of it is where our vitality,
Our personal power comes from within ourselves.
It's also related to our digestion,
Such as the stomach,
As well as other organs like our pancreas,
Spleen,
Kidneys,
Liver,
Gallbladder and nervous system.
All of this is related to our solar plexus.
As you can tell,
This chakra covers a lot of internal organs and it's so important that we balance this chakra out.
And that's what we're going to do right here.
So notice this area in your centre.
Hopefully your eyes are already closed.
You're visualising this chakra.
When it's balanced,
This chakra has a positive personal power.
We have energy.
We have self-control.
And also we have laughter and humour.
Those big belly laughs that make us feel sore in the stomach.
It's a beautiful way to balance out our chakra.
When this solar plexus is out of balance,
We can have symptoms of depression.
Lack of self-confidence is a big part of this imbalanced chakra.
We have a sense of lack of purpose.
It can also perhaps be aggression or arrogance coming across.
And as I mentioned,
The digestive system can get a little out of sync,
Whether that is blocked or to function.
Little symptoms like these can help us understand what's blocked and what might be running okay.
So to strengthen this solar plexus chakra,
What we can do is engage our core muscles through exercise in whatever form that might be,
Whether it's walking with a brisk arm movement to help brace the core.
Perhaps Pilates,
Yoga is definitely a great choice.
Name it.
Any kind of movement that's going to get your heart rate up is going to be beneficial for your core muscles here.
And even that laughter,
If you feel your hands on your belly when you laugh,
Maybe you could do a little fake laugh now if you like.
You'll feel that your stomach clenches naturally.
You can do this laughter by maybe watching a funny movie,
Hanging out with friends and so forth.
You can also surround yourself with yellow.
That might be wearing yellow clothes or a yellow crystal of some sort.
Just admiring and noticing all things yellow here.
Just take a moment to do that,
Whether it's visually or gazing around the room,
Wherever you're at.
Just take a moment.
I'm going to affirm a couple of sentences here to help us further balance this solar plexus.
Finding stillness in the body and mind here.
As I say these words,
I want you to silently repeat them to yourself.
Like you mean it.
Not like you're reading a book or hearing an audio book.
I want you to feel it.
I trust my own guidance.
I respect and love myself.
I am excited to be on my path.
And I believe in my own personal power.
I'm going to repeat these affirmations.
If you want to repeat them again silently to yourself,
You're welcome to.

Repeat it until you believe it.
