Cleanse The Solar Plexus Chakra

This chakra balancing meditation is specifically for the solar plexus. I share with you what can balance and imbalance the chakra. Then we will spend 3 minutes of silence to focus on self-healing (Reiki). Non-Reiki qualified listeners will still get a great healing. Please see my other meditations for other chakras.
