Worthiness Reflection Bedtime Meditation

Hi,

And welcome to this guided meditation to help you shift into a higher level of worthiness.

Everyone on this planet is entitled to an abundant life,

Whatever that looks like for each of us.

So let's start by finding a quiet space where you won't be disturbed,

Where you can either lay down or sit up comfortably.

Let's just focus on the breath.

Breathing in through your nose,

Exhaling a hot breath through your mouth.

With every exhale out your mouth,

Allow all the body's muscles to soften.

So breathe in through your nose,

And as you exhale through your mouth,

Feel all the muscles letting go and softening.

With every exhalation,

Your muscles soften more and more and more,

Enabling you to relax deeper.

Now I want you to do a bit of a body scan to determine if there are any areas that are tense or tight,

Any areas that may require a bit more attention.

Breathing in and relaxing,

And if you find these areas,

Direct your focus to those points of tension,

And breathe a nice slow deep breath in through your nose,

And exhaling out the mouth allowing all the muscles in that area of the body to soften and relax with purpose.

You may need to do that a couple of times to really soften the muscles that are holding any tightness or tension.

Now keep encouraging all the muscles in the body to soften and relax as we move through the body,

Allowing relaxation to move through the body.

So let's begin by relaxing your head,

Softening your neck muscles,

And allowing that softening and relaxation to move down your shoulders,

Across the shoulders,

And then slowly down your arms,

Into your forearms,

And your hips.

Now allow a gentle softening of the muscles down along the spine,

Starting at the base of the neck,

Turning your attention to the space between your shoulder blades,

Relaxing the muscles down your mid-back section,

And through into your lower back.

Just focus on softening all the muscles along the spine,

And as you do,

With every exhale,

Feel the tension and tightness letting go and releasing and lifting with every exhale.

Now let's move that relaxation down the spine and into your bottom cheeks,

Softening and relaxing your entire backside.

Now turn your attention to the front of your torso,

Allowing a softening across your chest,

Down into your stomach area,

Your belly.

Keep a lot of tension in our chest and our belly,

So really soften those muscles and allow that softening to go into the abdomen as well.

Now let the relaxation move from your bottom cheeks and abdomen into your thighs,

Allowing everything to go heavy as you soften and relax deeper and deeper.

Allow that relaxation and softening to go into your knees and your calves,

Your feet and your toes.

If you need to wiggle anything out,

If there is tension building,

Go ahead and readjust and wiggle.

Keep exhaling any tightness or tension out of the body.

Good.

Now just take nice slow deep breaths in,

Continuing to relax more and more with every exhalation.

So our focus today is going to be enhancing the level you feel of worthiness,

Of being good enough,

Of being worthy for all the abundant things in your life.

Worthiness has to do with believing we are able,

We are allowed,

And we are entitled to something,

It could be an experience,

It could be a tangible object,

It could be things like respect or dignity.

All humans are worthy,

Able,

Allowed and entitled to walk barefoot on the earth and receive grounding energy every day.

All humans and animals on the earth are worthy,

Able,

Allowed and entitled to the oxygen that Mother Earth forests provide for humanity and all the inhabitants on our planet.

All humans and animals are worthy,

Able,

Allowed and entitled to have a joyful,

Happy life,

To live in peace and joy and bliss.

We are all worthy,

Able,

Allowed and entitled to have abundance in all aspects of our lives.

When there is a lack of belief that one is worthy for something in life,

Whether it's a good relationship,

The most divine partner,

A great career,

Financial abundance,

Maybe health abundance,

Maybe a new car,

Or whatever it is that you want in life,

There is a whole range of negative emotions that creep in when there's a lack of belief that we're not worthy.

Some people may experience sadness,

Or rejection,

Or grief,

Or resentment,

Or anxiety,

And stress.

Some people experience depression and so many other lower energy emotions when we carry a lack of belief,

All because there's a belief,

Not a truth,

But a belief that we're not worthy.

We need to shift that belief into the truth.

We need to work on re-establishing our truth and reprogram a new belief so we know we are fully worthy for all the abundance in our lives.

And I want you to allow yourself to fully embrace each statement and consider what it means specific for you.

Notice any negative feelings that may arise,

Or negative self-talk.

Notice if there is a positive response in your body,

Or if there's areas in your body that you feel resistance and tension starting to build when you consider these statements.

Now just simply observe without judgment,

And just consider these statements,

And pay attention to how the internal response is in your mind,

Your thoughts,

And your body.

So quietly in your head repeat after me,

I am an amazing bright spark of light.

I am an amazing bright spark of light,

Even if I don't realize it,

To the lives of others,

Even if I don't realize it.

I am,

And that is more than enough.

I am what I am,

And that is more than enough.

From illness to wellness,

When I am sick.

I help others as I can through life.

I help others as I can through life.

Money flows easily and freely through all aspects of my life with joy,

Ease,

And grace for the highest and greatest good of all.

Through all aspects of my life with joy,

Ease,

And grace for the highest and greatest good With my heart's greatest desires.

I am strong,

Capable,

And determined.

I've got this.

I am strong,

Capable,

And determined.

I've got enough for what I need to be in this lifetime.

The abundance I have in this moment.

The now being present with all the abundance I have.

I do not need to impress.

I am who I am,

And that is more than enough.

I have the power to raise my vibration and attract the people and things I want in my life.

And attract the people and things I want in my life.

I am unstoppable.

I can do anything I put my mind to.

I am unstoppable.

I can do anything I put my mind to.

I am worthy of abundance in all areas.

It flows easily and freely through my life.

I have a good relationship with money.

It flows easily and freely through my life.

I stop comparing myself to others.

They are not me and them.

We are on different paths,

Different experiences,

Different opportunities,

And different lessons.

I stop comparing myself to others.

They are not me.

We are on different paths,

Different experiences,

Different opportunities,

And different lessons.

Consider where it came from.

Towards embracing your own worthiness.

All the abundance that life has to offer.

What can you do to move your books?

You have all the skills and tools,

All the energy and determination,

All the knowledge you need to get through this life at this time.

Sing out loud,

Looking at your eyes.

This helps to reprogram limiting beliefs in your subconscious.

I want you to say,

I am what I am.

And that is more than good enough.

I am what I am.

And that is more than good enough.

I am what I am.

And that is more than good enough.

After a short while,

You will start to feel things shifting inside of you.

Let this affirmation,

I am what I am,

And that is more than good enough.

Let that affirmation guide you towards a life filled with confidence,

And acceptance,

And joy,

And peace,

Fulfillment,

And gratitude.

For all the challenges you are going to go through.

Abundance is yours for the taking,

For the asking.

Allow yourself permission to live in abundance.
