
Breathing In Positive Affirmations & Exhaling Lower Energies
Join Laurie as we use our breath to inhale positive affirmations associated with our different energy centers, exhaling lower energy emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that are no longer serving us. It is a way to help connect to, open, and align your chakra centers through the power of intention and affirmation.

Hi,
I'm Lori and thanks for joining me on this breathing meditation to help you connect with positive emotions and affirmations while releasing lower vibrational energies that are no longer serving you.
You can do this meditation while sitting at home or outside or walking in nature.
You can do this meditation while you're relaxing anywhere really.
We will first say an affirmation out loud,
Then take a breath in to breathe in the intention and emotion of that affirmation.
We'll then hold our breath and say what we are releasing before we exhale and release it away.
We will go root to crown,
Working on connecting with the properties of each chakra while releasing those lower emotions associated with that chakra imbalance.
So let's begin.
Take a nice breath in and just on the exhale blow out any residual stress or tension.
So turn your attention to the root chakra.
When you inhale,
I want you to inhale through your nose and say,
I am safe,
Either in your mind or out loud.
And when you exhale,
I want you to exhale through your mouth and say,
I release fear and worry.
So here we go.
I am safe.
I release fear and worry.
Again,
I am safe.
I release fear and worry.
Good.
The next one is on the inhale,
I am centered and grounded.
On the exhale,
I release chaos and uncertainty.
So here we go.
In through your nose.
I am centered and grounded.
I release chaos and uncertainty.

I am centered and grounded.
I release chaos and uncertainty.
Good.
The third one is on the inhale,
I am connected to Mother Earth and all of humanity.
And on the exhale,
I release feelings of isolation and exclusion.
So here we go.

Good.
Now turn your attention to your sacral,
Just below your belly button,
Your abdomen area.
And on the inhale,
We are going to say,
My emotions are balanced.
And on the exhale,
We are going to say,
I release any feelings of frustration and confusion.
So here we go.

Again,
My emotions are balanced.

Good.
Now the next affirmation,
I awaken my passion for life on the inhale.
I release any complacency in my body,
Mind,
And spirit on the exhale.
So here we go.

Okay,
So last one on the inhale.
I want you to say,
I am a creative being.
Feel the emotion.
Think what that means to you.
On the exhale,
I release any blocks preventing a free flow of ideas.
So here we go.

Now we're going to turn our attention to the solar plexus.
If you want to place your hands on your chakras as you're doing this,
You're totally welcome to do that.
It helps to bring attention to them.
So on the inhale,
We're going to say,
I am strong and confident.
And on the exhale,
I release any doubts I am feeling.
Okay,
So here we go.
I am strong and confident.

Next one on the inhale,
I stand firmly in my personal power.
And on the exhale,
I let go of any feelings of worthlessness.
So here we go.

And finally in this set,
On the inhale,
I go with the flow of life.
And on the exhale,
I release any need for control.

Next,
We're going to turn our attention to the heart center.
On the inhale,
We're going to say,
I am loved.

I release loneliness and rejection from my being.
So here we go.

The next one on the inhale will be,
I forgive myself and others,
And on the exhale,
I release hurt,
Pain,
And sorrow.

Sometimes that one is a hard one.
If you want to pause or redo that one,
You go right ahead.

On the inhale,

I let go of anxiety and stress.

Now we're going to move up to the throat chakra,
So turn your attention to your throat.
On the inhale,
We're going to say together,
I know my truth,
And on the exhale,
We're going to say,
I release any doubts I have about my truth.

The next one.
I speak my truth on the inhale.
Then when you exhale,
I release my fear of judgment from others.
So here we go.

On the inhale,
I have the power to create my own reality,

I let go of any negative self-talk that arises.

Now we're going to move up to the third eye,
So turn your attention there.
On the inhale,
We're going to say,
I honor and trust my intuition.
