Mercury's in retrograde,
Right?
Oh my goodness,
Yes,
Mercury is in retrograde and we just had a an eclipse last week along with the full moon and then we're having another eclipse coming up in a few I don't even know when it is actually but my point is that there's so much crazy energy out there right now right there's so much crazy energy you know and yes we could say that the energy right now is a bit difficult and because of this we see people you know running around and there being you know road rage and arguments and you know arguments among friends and neighbors and you know all of that not fun right it's everywhere you know right this crazy energy is every but the question really is how do we personally handle all of that energy how do we handle that how do we handle when the energy is crazy out there and we know it is right how do we personally handle that right so the first thing is to recognize that it is just a little bit weird out there it's the energy is just a little bit strange right now right so recognizing that is like the whole entire thing I think you know um I shouldn't say the whole entire thing you know that's not true at all but when you recognize something it's kind of like when you recognize something about your life you you get it on a new subconscious level right so that's like the one thing but then the other thing is is that in this I say this like well three times a year at least when mercury is in retrograde right the three P's these are my that I've come up with the three P's on how to get by in this crazy energy okay so the first P is patience you know if it's the it's the kind of thing where when we recognize that weird stuff is going on in with the planets and the energy in the universe blah blah blah whatever if we have a little bit of extra patience to me that just changes everything you know I mean like when that guy speeds around you and you're like ah your first reaction is oh my god you know just to get kind of sit back just for a split second and go oh let's have a little bit of patience right he clearly doesn't so maybe I should you know that's like number one number two the second P that I talk about is positivity so many times so many times we sit and you know you hear all these negative thoughts negative people especially you know when this crazy energy is going on in the Mercury's in retrograde blah blah blah you know there's so much negativity right because everybody's just complaining and stuff you know and there's people around you that are grumpy co-workers and all that stuff a lot of people grumpy I personally know some but if we have that little bit of extra positivity we can change the world with that you know people just you know what I've noticed because I'm really kind of a positive person in case you kind of couldn't tell I'm kind of up and happy and positive person and people gravitate to that especially the grumpy ones you know but people gravitate to that because who doesn't want to be around somebody that's that's positive especially the grumpy ones right so positivity is the second P okay and then the third P is persistence so throughout our existence you know during this time of when things are kind of nutty and people are whatever they are being you know sometimes and dare I say it we it's it's just really easy to allow people to take the wind out of your sails right it's really easy for for us to allow people to bring you down and make you feel less than and you know all of that but we must press on we must press on so in the face of all of this weird energy pressing on with persistence so those are my three P's patience positivity and persistence so there you have it right I love that we must press on have persistence have persistence so we today are going to meditate on all this of course and I am going to play my shooting box and we are going to meditate on peace because ultimately what does the three P's want to give us the fourth P which is peace right so let's all get ready to meditate on shanti shanti right so let's all close our eyes get yourself comfortable let's take a nice deep breath in and release gorgeous absolutely gorgeous it's beautiful so in sticking with this of positivity and patience and persistence what are you grateful for today what is just at least one thing during a troubled time that you can imagine that you are grateful for what are you grateful for it could be as simple as being grateful for your new coffee mug that you just bought or it could be the love of your family or it could be the amazing career that you have or it could be the health of everybody that you love what is it that you are grateful for so today's mantra is shanti and what I'm going to do is I'm going to play and I'm going to chant and you can chant with me you can just you can hum along you can sing it in your head or just say shanti with me over and over again and of course I keep the time and let's begin shanti means peace in Sanskrit shanti shanti shanti Oh shanti shanti shanti Oh
