Welcome in.
Okay,
Friends,
It's time to start the work.
Are you excited?
Okay,
Yes.
If you've heard me talk about manifestation in the past or read my book,
Then you know that yes,
It's not all spontaneous,
This manifesting.
Okay.
And yes,
It takes some work,
But that's okay because guess what?
It's towards a great end.
Don't you think?
And it will open up so much for you,
Not just in the way of getting you stuff.
Okay.
So,
All right,
Here's what we need to do.
First of all,
You must know that it is not a sprint.
Okay.
Manifestation is more like a marathon.
You know,
You can't become a bodybuilder overnight.
You just can't.
You have to continually go to the gym every day and work the muscles.
Eventually,
When you stick with it,
It pays off and it can pay off honestly,
In such ways that you can't even fathom right at this moment.
I promise you that.
Seriously,
Right now,
You may be thinking that you want to manifest a new car or a new job or a new job or a relationship,
But guess what?
If you stick with this,
You will begin to manifest so much more than you really ever thought possible.
That's exactly how it worked for me.
All right.
So,
We need to monitor our thoughts.
Okay.
That's what we need to do.
And how do we do that?
How do we monitor our thoughts?
Okay.
This is the workout.
Okay.
So,
What I want you to do is take a few days and begin to pay attention to your thoughts.
Now,
Let's talk about your thoughts.
So,
There are thoughts that you recognize.
Okay.
That you constantly have,
Like,
Oh,
I'm hungry or,
Oh,
I need to get milk at the grocery store.
But there are also the other thoughts that we have.
You know what I mean?
Those judgy thoughts that we say to ourselves about ourselves and about other people and situations.
You have to know what I'm talking about.
Okay.
And if you don't,
I'm going to tell you because then you'll go,
Oh,
All right.
So,
It's that little voice in your head that says,
Oh,
My gosh,
You look amazing today to yourself.
Or,
Look at her.
That outfit is not one she should be wearing today.
Okay.
So,
Here's my thing.
We have to call a spade a spade.
We all judge.
We judge ourselves a lot.
And we judge other people and situations all the time.
That's just what we do.
And if someone ever says that they don't judge,
That they're holier than thou,
They're lying.
It's part of our human experience.
You know?
I mean,
I have kind of a unique take on this,
I think.
Right?
I think that we all do it.
And if we recognize that we all judge all the time,
We can use it as sort of a monitor for ourselves.
Okay.
And that's where I'm kind of leading here.
Okay.
So,
Let's go back to monitoring our thoughts.
Okay.
I want you to begin to pay attention to when you judge.
Okay.
Pay attention to when you judge yourself and what you say to yourself.
Okay.
Recognize when you say something to yourself that's bitey or catty.
Okay.
We've all done this.
Who hasn't looked in the mirror and said,
Oh,
Goodness,
Your hair is not looking good today.
I mean,
Seriously,
We've all done this.
But this is what I want you to do.
I want you to take note of it.
You can write it down if you want,
But just really make sure that you note it to yourself.
Okay.
You don't have to write it down.
It'd be great if you did.
So that when you,
You know,
Because when you journal and you look back at it,
You can get yourself back in that moment.
Right.
Okay.
All right.
Now,
So you can take note of it,
However,
Suits you best,
But then on the flip side,
Start to notice when you say nice things to yourself as well.
I want you to also,
Yes,
And this may seem like a lot,
But it's really not.
Okay.
Pay attention to what triggers those thoughts as well.
Okay.
Good or bad,
You know,
Whether the thoughts are good or bad,
What triggers the thought.
Okay.
So for example,
Someone cuts in front of you in line and you immediately,
Because we all do this,
Get irritated.
Of course you do.
Right.
Okay.
Here's the thing though.
What actually makes you get irritated?
Okay.
Is it the idea of that?
They're going to get their stuff first.
Is it that they might think that they are entitled and that irritates you?
Or is it that you're just hungry or thirsty and you want your stuff first?
Right.
So note it.
Okay.
Either write it down,
Pay attention.
Okay.
You'll want to understand all of it as we go through the process.
Okay.
This is one of my main points about journaling.
Okay.
I love journaling because when you write it out or type it out,
You are forced to recount the situation to yourself.
Okay.
And you get,
As a lot of people don't,
Because people that don't journal kind of wouldn't understand this.
Okay.
And this is why journaling is such an amazing tool because when you journal and you write out,
I got irritated today because this lady cut in front of me and blah,
Blah,
Blah.
And you write out why you got irritated.
It slows it down and makes you think about your thought process.
Okay.
And then,
As I said,
You can also then go back like weeks,
Months,
Whatever,
Years later and recognize how far you've come.
Okay.
And we'll get into journaling later because it is more of a valuable tool than I even ever considered.
Okay.
So I'm just going to say that.
All right.
Now,
Now that you have your homework,
Okay,
I want you to,
I want you to do something kind of positive and happy and up to work on as well.
All right.
So first thing in the morning,
As soon as you wake up,
Start your day thinking about a few things that you are grateful for in your life.
Okay.
And before you start to think about how hard that might be,
Consider this.
There is always,
Always,
Always something to be grateful for.
Even if it's simply the slippers that you put on your feet or the coffee pot that makes the perfect cup of coffee,
Or maybe it's the new shampoo that you got that makes your hair smell like really yummy or something.
Okay.
Find the gratitude in your life.
All right.
So the last thing I want to say about all this is this,
This exercise of paying attention to your thoughts may be easy for some and not so easy for other people.
This is a process that can,
Can be life-changing.
It can also see you make some serious realizations about how you see yourself.
Don't make yourself wrong throughout the process.
Okay.
And then one more thing I want to say here,
And this is important.
None of this work should take the place,
Should take the place of medical or any type of treatment that you are receiving.
All of this work can and should be done in conjunction with whatever treatment plan that you are already taking.
Okay.
And for that matter,
It should never take the it should never take the place of financial advice.
Okay.
Or,
Or legal advice.
Okay.
Always remember that this is,
This can be done in conjunction with everything.
Okay.
So finally,
There's this,
You've got this.
Okay.
Even if you're thinking to yourself,
I don't know if I can do this.
You can don't sell yourself short.
Okay.
Now remember this,
There's no right.
There is no wrong.
There just is put yourself in the present moment and just simply be okay.
Until next time,
My friends,
I love you guys.
Good luck and contact me if you need support.
Namaste,
Everybody.
