Good morning,
Namaste.
Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.
Hello,
Hello,
Hello.
So today we are talking about one of my favorite topics which is the chakras.
Yay!
But today we're gonna talk about the throat chakra.
You know it's so funny because people always want to talk about and hear about you know the third eye.
Ooh,
Let's talk about the third eye.
And they always want to hear about the throat chakra and the solar plexus which happens to be one of my favorites for whatever reason.
And um but a lot of people don't think and talk about the throat chakra.
So I thought you know what I feel like today Spirit really impressed this upon me last night and then I was giving a reading last night and it was so appropriate.
You know it's funny because when when I talk or when Spirit impresses stuff upon me it's it ends up being like a theme.
I just don't know why.
There it ends up being like a theme.
Just don't I just don't exactly know why.
But at any rate um today we're gonna talk about the throat chakra.
The shock throat chakra and then ooh special special little thing plan.
But anyway the throat chakra is about being your truth,
Living your truth,
Okay?
And the Sanskrit word is vashuddha,
Okay?
And the color associated with this is blue,
Okay?
And then there is there's there's so much associated with each of the chakras.
I like to be as full discussion discussing it as possible.
The note associated with it with the throat chakra is G if you're on a scale,
Right?
And so we're gonna chant today the G and we're gonna feel that vibration so that we can amp up our throat chakra because let me tell you about my experience with the throat chakra.
So it'll be short I promise.
But here's the deal.
You know for the longest time I wasn't speaking living being my truth,
Right?
I get that and and I've made no bones about that and and I'm very aware of that,
Right?
And then I started really developing my gifts and you know and then I thought you know what my throat chakra is is like we're in sync,
Right?
The throat chakra is associated with your thyroid,
Right?
So guess what?
I have thyroid disease.
Isn't that the weirdest thing?
So all I could think about was and this was like the last few days I've been thinking about this like how is that possible because I'm so vocal about my feelings.
I'm vocal about you know the chakras and who I am to the world,
You know?
It's hard coming out as a medium let me tell you,
You know?
And the interesting thing is is that I'm still got this blockage in there,
Right?
But it's what's interesting is is that yes I feel like I'm being who I'm supposed to be in the world as as I'm supposed to be a medium,
You know,
A spiritual medium,
Psychic,
The whole thing,
Right?
However,
Now we're fine-tuning that.
So within that world,
Within that construct of mediumship and psychicness,
If that's even a word,
I have to define myself even further.
So I feel like the answer to that is is that we are never fully,
We are never fully finished defining ourselves.
And you know it's so fascinating because that's what that's what the throat chakra is about.
It's about communication.
It's about you know awakening your soul,
Right?
It's about your willpower living in your truth.
But we're never fully finished defining that.
We'd go through phases like I denied my medium gifts for a long time,
Right?
And then I accepted them.
And now we're redefining,
Not redefining,
But fine-tuning.
You're never really finished with that.
And that's what is about the throat chakra.
Pretty fantastic,
Right?
And so I feel like that that is for us all.
We're never fully finished defining ourselves,
Right?
So what we are going to do today is we are going to chant on this.
And here's the cool thing,
Okay?
We're gonna chant on a G,
Okay?
And I have a mantra that just certainly applies to this.
And we're gonna,
We're gonna chant on the G.
And if you can't,
I get sometimes it's not the place or time where you can actually vocalize and chant,
Right?
As long as you're listening.
If you can't actually chant it,
It's very simple.
If you can't actually chant it,
Just listen in because the vibration is what is going to get us in the mode of helping out our throat chakra and and vitalizing it,
Okay?
All right,
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
And if you can,
Chant with me.
That's great.
If you can't,
Again,
Like I said,
I totally get it.
But just listen as best as you can.
We're gonna chant on a G,
Okay?
The G note,
Okay?
Okay,
So close your eyes.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it.
Today we are awakening our throat chakra because this is who we are supposed to be.
Now the mantra that we are going to meditate on is Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
N-A-M,
Okay?
And what that means is,
I am truth,
Right?
That's perfect.
Truth is my identity.
Couldn't be more perfect,
Right?
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Sat Nam.
Start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Feel the vibration continuing throughout.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
I can still feel the vibration.
I don't know about you guys.
It feels so soothing.
Because we are who we are.
And we can be.
.
.
Spirit wants us to be who we're supposed to be in this world.
Who we truly are.
And we should never be afraid of being that.
And continuing the process of developing ourselves.
Absolutely beautiful.
And I hope you enjoy as you go throughout your day.
If you find yourself in a situation where you're just unsure about something,
Just say to yourself,
Sat Nam.
Just say to yourself,
Sat Nam.
I am truth.
Namaste everybody.
From my heart to yours.
And have a beautiful day.
Bye bye.
