We are in the flow and we are meditating today.
As a medium I have kind of an interesting sort of view point and ever-developing view of death to be honest.
Obviously I don't know exactly what it's like on the other side because I haven't been there just yet.
But spirits have taught me things.
Yeah when I give readings sometimes it's I get a message as well you know because that's what spirit is.
Spirit is about teaching us right?
You know in learning what I have from those friends on the other side I've come to understand what Wayne Dyer meant when he said that we are all infinite beings.
Kind of heavy but kind of not right for today.
This is the quote that Wayne Dyer said and you have to pay attention right?
I may read this twice.
Eternity is now.
Right now.
Right here.
Once you get past the fear of death as an end you merge with the infinite and feel the comfort and relief that this realization brings.
So he's basically saying what he's basically saying is that death is not an end and once we get over that fear of death of being an end of something we merge with the infinite and we there's this comfort and this relief that goes along with it.
Isn't that great?
It's so I don't know to me that's really I don't know comforting I guess you know I know I just said the word comfort but it is comforting you know.
So I think that this conversation is partially why I love meditating so much because living in this human body and meditating and having that connection with spirit in whatever form that is that is that is the the most amazing feeling and most gosh you know it's it's akin to like ecstasy you know because you are in your human body and you're connecting the spirit so I love that I mean that's like that's why I love meditating oh my gosh with this quarantine stuff going on I was meditating for like well I still am like sometimes an hour and a half a day it's awesome right I love it so today what we are going to do is we're going to focus on our personal connection to spirit during our meditation now we're not looking for messages because that's a different type of meditation when you're a medium and you meditate to sort of open up and get ready to do readings that's one thing but this for these purposes our meditation we are just going to listen right we're not gonna have a mantra no mantra today we are just going to concentrate on our breath okay so let's take a nice couple deep breaths start us out here so let's take a nice deep deep long breath in and release very good let's do that one more time ah beautiful very good let your eyes gently flick closed we want to thank you spirit for this meditation time today we ask our guides and ascended masters to be with us and lead us in our thoughts and lives as we go about today let us clear our minds and allow our guides into our souls for clarity wisdom and peace so today we're going to focus on our breath our breath in and out and in and out as we go through our meditation if you lose focus on your breath just gently bring yourself back and just listen I will keep the time let's begin you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies back to the chair we're sitting in let's take a nice deep breath in and out beautiful absolutely beautiful whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes how did that go for you sometimes it's hard just to focus on our breathing but if we focus sometimes on just listening listening that can be just as powerful if not more powerful than having a mantra and only you can know I mean everybody's that's the fun thing is is that everybody's different right so thank you so much for joining today and I love doing this with you every morning thank you for joining and until next time everybody namaste have a beautiful day
