Realizing that it is OK to take care of yourself is healing in itself! Today’s healing chant will energize you and lift your energy! My dear friend, Pierre Bensusan, has permitted me to use his track called ‘Sentimentales Pyromaniaques’ from the album 'Altiplanos'.

Let's begin our day with a little bit of happy talk and meditation in this short yet impactful podcast designed to infuse a little bit of positivity into each moment of every day.

Let's get in the flow.

I always get affected by the full moon energy,

Right?

But yesterday,

I couldn't even function.

I don't know how you guys all felt,

But I couldn't even function.

The full moon,

It was full officially around like 5 o'clock p.

M.

Last night,

My time.

And I could just feel my vibration doing something weird and I could feel the energy and it was just weird yesterday.

So I couldn't wait to tell you guys my little story.

I woke up and did my live thing on Inside Timer yesterday and it was like I couldn't do anything afterwards,

Right?

So here's my little story on this.

So I literally just messed around.

I couldn't even really kind of function.

So I just laid around.

Well,

You know what happens when.

.

.

Well for me anyway,

I shouldn't even say everybody because this is just me.

I'm a doer.

I'm always busy.

I'm like usually really busy like doing this,

Doing that,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Whatever.

And I just couldn't function.

And then so I started to feel like this is bad.

I need to get up and do something,

But I just can't.

So I started to go down that sort of rabbit hole.

That was not good.

Because your mind takes you to places that you really don't need to go.

Do you know what I mean?

Like why do I beat myself up for taking a day to literally do nothing?

So I started beating myself up and then I was like,

Hey,

Because I've been doing like sort of mind shifting work for a long time,

I'm usually able to get myself out of it pretty quick.

And yesterday was pretty interesting because I was sitting there going,

Oh my God,

What's wrong with me?

And then I was like,

Hold on.

Number one,

It's a full moon.

Number two,

It's an equinox.

And number three,

Why am I making myself wrong?

I'm just bringing my energy down.

So I was like,

It's not wrong to take a day.

It's healing.

It's about healing.

And that's what all of this energy is about anyway.

So I was like,

Oh,

This is interesting.

So for the rest of the day,

I allowed myself to sit there.

And I honestly,

Once I made that little mental mind flip,

It didn't bother me anymore.

So I mean,

I had stuff I had to do later on and I did it and everything was fine,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

All of that stuff.

Right.

But it was really interesting.

So I thought we need,

Because I know I'm not the only one feeling this.

I know it.

So I thought today we are going to do,

I get so excited on this.

We're going to do like a chakra sort of healing little,

It's a sing song.

It's kind of a chant,

But it's like a singy songy thing.

You guys love when I do this,

Right?

So here's what it is.

And I want to explain the whole thing to you because it's really cool.

And this kind of goes into the Kundalini energy.

Okay.

So the chant or whatever you want to call it,

The mantra is this.

It's eight syllables.

Ra ma da sa sa,

Because you say that twice,

Say so hung.

Okay.

So it's ra ma da sa sa say so hung.

And you can even tell it's very easy to chant,

Right?

Now what does all this mean?

Obviously,

I'm going to tell you,

Okay.

Ra is the first word that you say,

And that relates to the sun.

Okay.

The sun and your root chakra,

Right?

So ra relates to your root chakra in the sun.

Ma relates to the moon and your sacral chakra.

Okay.

If you think about how all this works together,

Right?

And then da relates to the earth,

Which is your solar plexus.

Okay.

And then you say sa twice.

Okay.

So the first sa that you say relates to your heart,

And you're inviting the energy.

It's kind of like the infinity energy.

You're inviting it into your heart.

And then the second time you say sa,

You are inviting that energy into your throat chakra,

Which is who you are,

Your truth.

Right.

And then say relates to your third eye,

And that is the whole of the infinity energy.

Okay.

And so basically that is kind of God,

Universe,

Spirit,

Whatever you want to call it.

Okay.

And then so this is a really cool part.

So is the energy coming together of the universe and us as individuals.

Very cool.

Right.

And then the last one is hung.

Okay.

And that is when the energy is all up at the top and it's flowing through you.

When you say hung,

It brings it back down all again to go back down to the root chakra.

How much do I love that?

And it's one of my favorite sort of chants or whatever.

So and it's really easy.

Okay.

So you will get the thing of this.

You'll get the hang of this.

And I guarantee you,

You will be singing it all day and it will raise your vibration.

Right.

So let's do this.

Are we ready?

Okay.

Just follow me.

Okay?

Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum And now we sit in the silence contemplating the healing that is taking place in every aspect of our being.

Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Ramadasa sa seso hum Let's take a nice gentle deep breath in through our nose and out our mouth.

And release.

Open your eyes whenever it feels comfortable.

This particular healing chant has the ability to take us from that place that is very low to a place in our hearts where we feel the healing in every aspect of our being.

Sun,

Moon,

Earth,

Infinity.

All that is in infinity.

I am the.

Namaste.
